Adobe Premiere.... is simply the best but not the easiest cut program.
U can to many things with this software. Its isnt freeware... so try emule or something ...

everyone who got problems with this codec... its 9.1 ... so this crazy Codec only works in windows XP ...
Btw... Microsoft is so confused.... u can download this codec @ windows homepage ... . So, maybe it works without XP,... i dont know. Have fun
