in 2000, i made a 12-panel footbag using moskito netting as fabric. i stitched a small piece of rubber with a little cut in the middle onto one of the panels. i filled it with the clearest pellets i could find and used one or two of these small fishing glow sticks (length ~3,5 cm) to have it glow. ...

i dont know which applet i used for rubenstein. but i think this doesnt matter as long as you can see the pattern and slomo it enough. check some juggling sites, you will find one. look how the outer ball just goes from one side to the other. leave this one out for the beginning and practice orbits ...
