Getting tense?

i've noticed that whenever i'm trying to go on a run, i get really tense while i'm trying to pull off moves. will this get better once i can hit the moves more easily?

extra, little steps

i've noticed that, in my runs, i always do small, extra steps or plantings. should i get out of this habit? will they affect my game in the long run?

feel of 32 abshire and mr. sandbag

i've had my 32 abshire since christmas and i've been trying to break it in. when it's fully broken in, should it stall like a mr. sandbag? since when i stall with the 32 panel, it still wobbles and rolls around.

non-abrasive soap

i just got my 32-panel abshire! woot!

anyways, i've heard that i should wash it with non-abrasive soap. what are examples of this kind of soap? would dish detergent or laundry detergent work?

i've heard that cutting off the side walls helps with technique (getting precise toe stalls). is this true?

side wall question

i just cut off the side walls of my lavers (two eyelets). i've noticed some people cut off two eyelets, some three. will it help me to cut off the third eyelet, or should will it be ok to just stick with what i already have?

whenever i do an inside stall, the bag always slides around b4 settling. i've tried cushioning the bag by lowering my support leg, but it still slips. any tips on solving this problem?
