Really enjoyed your shred and the variety. What's the name of the song in your video?
Cheers,

Hey Billy G.

I'm moving to Asheville in December and we'll have to kick sometime. Let me know if you're interested.

Cheers,

Brian

My comment was to say that David had contributed to pushing the technical and physical limits of this sport. One, because he's so good and when you're that good, you tend to have a bigger audience. Thus exposing the sport to more people and hopefully more players. Besides making and giving away foot...

Longtime 43 yr old lurker & family man here.
I feel the same way that Mike does. The sport of footbag and all your fans are eternally grateful for what you've contributed to this difficult quirky sport. Though we will always be longing for more.

Best,

Brian

Happy Birthday and Much Respect from an older kicker as well. You've got a great style, long strings and nice consistency. I'm 43 (been kicking since I was 14) and kick freestyle too. I don't feel like I've lost my technical ability. In fact, I'm learning I'm starting to learn 4 and 5 add tricks. It...

Thanks for the input!

I will do my best to slow my toe sets down a bit. I just started doing that on my pixie mirages (I forget the trick name), and it's so much easier. And less tiring. I'm kind of embarrassed to say when I started since I'm not better than I am. I started playing when I was 14 and I'm 43 now. But I've ...

My 1st One Shot Challenge

I'm 43 so please be gentle, but I'll take any advice I can get. I'll get a better camera angle next time. :/

Yes! Thanks again Matt for the clarification. Plus I just hit whirling rake yesterday for the first time. I'm still schooling the basics, but my strings are really coming along nicely. Plus no aches or pains in this middle aged body. :) Now if I could only find more folks to kick with.

Whirl to rake. Is that a specific trick?

Is a whirl to a rake a specific trick or is it just another way to come out of a whirl?

Nope, graphic artist but it's a chance for me to get some young kids into the sport and more people for me to kick with. I started kicking when I was 14 and I'm 40 now. Though I've only really been practicing for around the last 3 years or so in freestyle.

Recomendations for after school footbag program

Greetings all, I'm starting to put together a syllabus for an after school footbag program for my daughter's school next year. The kids ages will vary (grades 1-5) so I want to get some feed back from the modified community to see what you all recommend. The topics I'd like to cover are: Brief overv...

Possible footbag shoe

I came across these shoes and they looked like they could be modified pretty easily into a decent footbag shoe.

My most recent deerskin bags

While I like facile and how easy it is to sew. I like a bag I can be rough with, like kicking it up off the ground, etc. I havn't attempted sewing a deerskin 32 panel yet, but I might eventually give it a try but it's a pain in the ass to sew. Here are some reciently sewn bags, some are prototypes/e...
