forgot to post last night but either way I still didnt shread had soccer tryouts and today is the last day but I probably wont shread till the weekend.Man soccer has me sore.

Thanks for the good comments I am going to keep playing footbag and like I said be the best but till then I just need to keep drilling and get so much better but you think i am really making good progress thats cool always thought I was good on my feet in all sorts of ways.

Just drilled today got my left a bit better and more consistent and can someone post some beginer clip set tricks so I got something to do once I get into clip. Thanks I will be the best some day.

yes I hit ducking,diving,zulu,and weaving but all from a toe set I am going to work on clip set things today cant do anything from a clip yet but I can do clips strong and flip just need to work on things out of them.

Today I didnt shread I had to rest from the shreading yesterday.My hips are killing me and im 14 years old could this be a problem.Although I might not of shread I still watched a lot of videos and got some cool ideas to start pulling of some good strings.
