Anyone with a 2-panel directions or tips?

unfortunately, i am sewing iliterate but i guess me and my mom will try everything we can to sew em.

so no1 can give me decent directions on sewong them? my mom is trying it and she dosent know how to start the bag, how do you put the panels when starting?
