I think Aaron looks a little too washed out because of the stage lighting. A couple shades darker would have been more advantageous for contrasts to highlight his physique.

I think a white man going black is stupid too, but I wasn't talking about that extreme.

I want to pipe in! For what it's worth, I really enjoyed my Erik Chan bag. I think it's a great bag to add to anyone's arsenal of bags. It's always good to have a variety of bags for different needs and occasions anyway. These bags are good for shred.

Aaron! Looking cut. How did you place? How much weight did you cut for this? You look a lot smaller.

3rd pose looks stellar. Really shredded in that one. Good work. This was your first comp right?

Name me any sport that doesn't have injuries. Soccer has shin splints and ACL tears. Running has common injuries in all parts from the hip down. Bodybuilding is riddled with rotator cuff injuries. Skiing has knee injuries. Basketball has ankle sprains and knee injuries. Football has concussions and ...

The squishy laces. I don't know the specific name for them. They aren't round laces, but they aren't flat. They are squishy like a round lace with a stiff seam on both sides. They do the job and stay tied without the double knot. I get them in those accessory stores for little preteen girls. http://...

I have trouble downing real food in the morning and I hate the consistency of oatmeal but I know it's good for me, so smoothies work out great. I do cook the oats. Here's the proportions: 1/2 cup dry oats, cooked with water with no salt added. 1 tbsp Peanut butter 1/2 Banana 1 scoop Chocolate Whey (...

Freedom, Kolo, Worldfootbag, they have an agreement with the stitcher to resell. I would not want to be put in the situation where I did not know and it wasn't under my control. If YOU wanted to resell your bags because you don't care whom it goes to, then fine, get a 3rd party to do so. Not that I ...

WHAT?! What in the world makes you think that that's alright to do??! I'm offended, to say the least. None of us stitchers sell on ebay because there's a patent on the 32-p pattern by flying clipper which prevents us from selling on ebay. So if we can't, what makes you think you can? For profit at ...

Thin carpeting is pretty cheap. The kind they use in offices. Might as well buy a bunch, cut it yourself to size, have someone make you a nice sturdy tote bag similar to those yoga mat bags, and when it gets too dirty or ripped, get rid of it and cut a new piece. If you're really particular, they al...
