Devil Makes Three is legit. Do wrong right is hands down my favorite track of theirs. I'm not a fan of country, but bluegrass and shit like this is dope. Edit: D.M.T. (ha just noticed those initials) is actually on tour with Trampled By Turtles right now, another of my top bluegrass picks. Here is a...

I would strongly recommend stretching after each session if you don't already. Half pigeon pose in particular: http://www.yogajournal.com/article/beginners/pigeon-pose/ Other good poses for footbag include runners lunge, pyramid, dragon, malasana, triangle, etc. Good luck! I'm a big fan of the hip ...

Been wicked busy with school. Failed my last physics test 8O , called a tutor the next day to make sure those same problems don't hang me up on the final. all the other tests this semester I had A's so it shouldn't be too hard to come back from. Calculus has been fun. I'm apparently the one in class...

I had an issue with the Quick Reply button not working today. I tried in IE, Firefox and Chrome. The issue did not seem to be present in IE. I tried clearing cookies, cache, etc. rebooting and attempting again. Still only working for me in IE.

Went to the gym for a few hours to blow off some steam before my physics test Wednesday. warmed up pretty slow with kicks and toe/ inside stalls. went through the basic toe trick ss>op>rpt drills. Well, things have been pretty busy here. lately I've been too busy for 3 sessions a week so i've been having 1-2 full sessions a week with short 20 minute sessions focusing on toe kicks, toe stalls and atw mostly. Johnny Breakdown came to town a few weeks ago. C...

Learn proper form as early as possible, Its harder to correct later if you can "get by" with what you're doing now.

Pdx Mirage indeed.
Paradox- Because the starting clipper leg was also the leg that dexed the bag. It's not quite that straightforward but it starts to make sense once you learn a few dozen moves.
