Re: Ivan I's Footblog
It's been almost a month since my last post, and for that I apologize. ECFC was grand, I got second in Intermediate singles net, and third in open doubles (because people scratched) Zach and I scored 4 points against Luc and Manu, which was an honor. I won a game in open singles. Unfortunately I did...

Re: Ryan's Footblog: The Adventure Continues
At least you're kicking. I've been unmotivated or distracted too much the last week to do anything footbag related. You'll probably notice that I post on social media more when I'm not playing much. So many things to do, so little time!

Re: ~MetZelRio~ GTG is inspiring better shred
Holymoly, it's MetZelRio! I WILL NEVER USE A CHEAPO editing program again because I bought a top notch, virtually no limit to what I can do video editor suite. Adobe? I didn't know you were having trouble with your video editor, I had a few "free" ones for Winx64 uploaded on my file sharing sites. ...

Re: Ivan I's Footblog
Played Net with Zach for close to 5 hours today. Had an absurd amount of fun. Then went fishing for perch (also had a lot of fun). Then dug through Zach's fabric collection (yep, you guessed it, fun). Pretty damn good day if you ask me. Didn't play any hacky, but it's okay, I'll be sure to shred Mon...

Re: Ryan's Footblog: The Adventure Continues
Well done! I challenge you to pdx mirage/illusion out of drifter/whirl. If that's too easy, try stepping. I know you can do it.

No, I haven't bothered to play here yet. I'll check the spot out for sure. God knows I could use a bit more Zen when I shred.

Re: Fabric in Europe?
Alcantara is nice, I've used it a before. Some of it is a bit thicker than USL, though softer.
If you can find amaretta, there would be an army of stitchers waiting at your door... or just me.
I think you should PM Marco Hartig or find him on FB, he would be your best bet for fabric buying advice.

Double posts of our lives. My first one, I think.
This is what I've been listening to recently, very good for concentration.

Re: Ivan I's Footblog
Awesome! I love the dot-matrix style of graphics used there. Well, I had a few bad sessions, and an okay session today. Last Saturday I hit  Blurriest > Blurriest marking the end of summer for me. Overall, a decent one, where I achieved many goals, and neglected just as many. Never did get ru...

Re: ~MetZelRio~ GTG is inspiring better shred
Hmm, I think you've actually said this before, but you have a series of bad sessions and then one great session. Here you've had a serious of amazing sessions, and one bad session and your reaction is that all is lost... Frankly, I'm not surprised you've had a crappy session, it happens to everyone....

Re: beginner alternative to suede?
I have some microsuede (woven backing) that I started out with but no-longer use. If you give me your address and want to send me $5 for shipping, I'll gladly send you all of it. It's not as thick as ultrasuede, but it is a fantastic material to learn on. I made my first 10 bags out of it.

Re: Ivan I's Footblog
To paraphrase our great leader Eminem:
In times like these, when your knees are weak and your palms are sweaty... mom's spaghetti.
Thanks, it's a good drill. The original one Matt suggested was legbeater>stepping ss mirage, but there was no way I was hitting that yesterday.

Re: Ivan I's Footblog
Oh Derek, there will be a video, don't worry. Kicked with MIKE TOOLAN last Saturday. Had an okay session, was glad to hit fusion and blurriest (almost) on command. Had an insane session today. Insanely bad. Couldn't hit anything consistently other than toe kicks... Played through it, but had to take...

Re: Ivan I's Footblog
Kyle, I wouldn't say I'm ducking them easily... I still have to try a lot to get the required set height. It's just after you do a lot of atomsmashers and blurs, the mirage motion becomes automatic - regardless if there is a duck in front of it or not. It will still be a while till I can hit that st...
