One of the best presentations and introductions of footbag for the general audience I've ever seen! I love how the hosts actually tried it and took to it without making fun or only trying it half-assed. They show a really great attitude. Does the guy in black overalls play soccer or something? Any p...

You don't need a gym membership if you can't afford one. My home gym consists of a skipping rope, a cheap swiss ball, resistance bands, and a broomstick and some chairs. It's ghetto, but it works. (I also have parallettes and an ab wheel, but they won't be necessary if you're just starting off anywa...

I'm glad you're writing this Colin. I also believe very strongly in strength training and the vast array of benefits it provides. My major is actually health and kinesiology so I've always known about the benefits, but was always too lazy to do anything. I gave myself excuses like school, life, etc....

Rec swim is usually a lot less intimidating than lane swim where you feel like you may be holding someone up who's going fast behind you. The rec swim at my local pool, they bring out all sorts of pool toys like kick boards, water frisbees, and pool noodles. I try to go to 1-2 rec swims weekly. ALSO...

I had 2 broken toes. Yeah, just buddy-tape the toe and try to take it easy and keep it raised when you are sitting down. A few ibuprofens to dull the pain and reduce swelling will help too.

Shouldn't we be suspicious of someone trying to hawk their webstore on their first post on modified?

Magic is the shitz isn't it Holly?! :D Anyway, something I've had on my mind for awhile. I know we ask newbs to do a search before posting redundant duplicate threads, but I have tried using Modified's search a few times recently with fruitless results. It just returned every thread ever, with no pa...

I read your blog. See how the last page was me spamming it with sneakers? Take it easy on that sprained ankle and don't go doing wall flips off things just yet. You'll have plenty of opportunities once it's healed some. Anyway, I missed you at Friday night madness tonight. You didn't miss too much s...

6.5 aren't small enough? You sure 5.5 is the right size??! Don't get them and find out they are too small. That'd be a disappointment. You're going down 2 whole shoe sizes from what you've got. That's a huge difference. Colour shouldn't matter for shred shoes. Function over fashion. or just get lave...
