I had an old lady walk by and say, "If I tried that, I'd fall flat on my face."

- I laughed.

I had a group of 50+ year old wanna-be cyclists stop at a red light as I was shredding pretty hard. 30+ contacts into the run one of the guys looks over and says, "Drop it already! I couldn't do even one of those."

- To which I replied, "You should get up earlier."

i've said that so many times that it just rolls off the tongue completely naturally by now. ha people in the BSC know, i say it every fucking time. "about a few minutes" is my usual.

i was at my friends the other day and mentioned footbag, and someone wanted to see a video. so i loaded up youtube and showed him one of the king of footbag videos (they are of vasek obv, 3 parts). We were watching the one part where vasek does maybe like 10 ss dods in a row and then goes into a string when the kid says, "Soccer players can do that easily."

I just looked at him for a second, kind of laughed, and said, "I don't think so man, he's the five time world champ." He stayed dead serious, and then said, "No, trust me. I know someone who could do it better than that."

Ooooooooookieeeeeee bud.

I live in a village right outside of Berlin. It has a nice lake, a forest, small mountain and stuff, thus it's a place old people come to visit to take a walk or go on the ferry.
Mostly I play on the waterfront of that very lake as it is the nearest careless place to my house. But, as already mentioned, there are those rather old pedestrians. There're also some mothers with little kids, but they're too young, so that the mothers just take their hands and walk by. The uncaring mothers go even faster when passing, the others say something like "look what he's doing there with that small ball".

But nevermind that, the thing what really, I mean really annoys me, is the comment "you can go to the circus" and "I would have a knot in my legs" (both German sayings so...) by those elderly persons
And believe me, I hear it every freaking session at least once. Sometimes up to three or even four times. It always makes me mad somehow.
I'm always thinking to say something like "Well, and you should go to the old people's home". But I just leave it with "well...circus". I don't want to hurt people...

Well I'm a pretty laid back person and when someone says something like this, it's pretty apparent that they don't know what they're talking about. It's not like I was about to convince him otherwise anyway.

Yeah, but he should be slaughtered on the grounds that he thinks he knows more than he does.
