Post *LEGAL* Albums / songs for footbag

Post by jrstubs » 07 Mar 2007 17:09

Sound has the power to make the world a better place ~ Kahvi Collective
This thread is going to support all the free music found on the web that is perfect to listen to whilst playing footbag.

Post links to full, *LEGAL* album downloads that are great for footbag

or...

Post links to any free, *LEGAL* single file music downloads

or...

Post any free streaming music links

I'll start it off...

DJ 6-TeM - Fake Faces http://www.jamendo.com/en/album/4349/

By the way, these two websites are where I find basically all the music I listen to:

http://www.kahvi.org/ and http://www.jamendo.com/

Please don't move this thread, I do not think it belongs in the arts & leisure forum, it is most defiantly footbag related

Aaron Jasinski has some pretty awesome stuff.

http://www.aaronjasinski.com/

This cd says it can be downloaded in OGG or MP3, but it can't, if you click on "download as MP3" it still downloads as OGG....so its only in OGG

Legal?? WTF is that about? Get your music wherever you can get it. I'm an Azureus whore. If I can't find it there I buy it.
Music to listen to whilst you shred?? Any rap or techno.

fuck legal, they're all richer than we are, fuck em.

I wish I could stream my ass on youtube.

I only buy music from good labels (i.e. Stones Throw or maybe FatBeats) because they are sweet as hell and the artist will actually see some of it, or artists on majors who are better than other artists on majors but get shitty promotion and thus shitty sales and who need to move units so they don't get dropped from their labels (i.e. The Roots and Ghostface last year, or Redman right now). Oh and maybe artists whose families have a shit load of medical bills to pay (i.e. Dilla). Other than that... I'll just say I'm pushing about 200 gigs in iTunes right now.

edit: or shit that is so good I just have to have the vinyl

Netlabels and open-source musix!

Here's a list of netlabels:

Read this (and there's a list in the end too):
