While I know this doesnt meet the 15 adds requirement, I've never seen anybody else hit two double spinning osii in a row, so for the record:

wow, I really have to say again that this is shaping up really well. The old record list was never of interest to me, but the video verification really adds so much, and the chart format is very useful.
I hate to make a request for future improvement when I'm not helping at all, but here goes anyways >> I'd really love to be able to sort that list on various columns ultimately (or similar functionality). Like, I can picture wanting to see all records by Clavens, or all bare foot records etc.
Also, I think keeping the list to ones that you (Jeremy) feel are relevant is a pretty decent test - you're a skilled player that understands freestyle relevance in a similar way to the larger population, plus overpopulating the list reduces its value in my opinion. My only comment would be that if a player reacts to your initial rejection with a lot of passion, it's not the end of the world to concede the position. But you're doing the work, so I respect your decision.
Again, thanks for your work on this, it's really a cool addition to .org

Have you been reading my PMs Bob? lol.
I just wanted to say that I haven't put up the latest records because I've been too busy - am at Aus Champs now, and had too much work before that, but I'll do that soon - maybe even right now.
Also I wanted to say that this list is not approved by the IFPA at all, and is only my own list. The only connection with the IFPA is through the fact that it's hosted on the IFPA website - which offers many free services such as hosting footbag related information for free.
Thinking that this is some kind of IFPA list is absolutely false. The IFPA has no body that looks at or authenticates freestyle world records. World records really have nothing to do with the IFPA (at least freestyle world records).
If people want to send me messages or publically criticise me for maintaining this list, I'd really urge you to spend a small amount of time researching the criticism before expressing them, because when you make claims such as that the IFPA no longer recognises consecutive kicking world records then it just makes you look ignorant and I'm not going to respond to messages like that at all.
This is not an official list. Nobody is responsible for it except myself, and it does not express the views or opinions of anybody other than myself.
If you do have criticisms then I certainly welcome them, but not if they're based entirely on a knee jerk reaction based on a completely false premise.

Ok had time to update swirl and osis records but have to go now.
Ken can you please confirm the date for the osis record. You said 2008 in both your posts, but my impression is that you meant 2009 and I've put that as the date. Can you confirm?
Bob - that would be good about a better list - also one where you can easily see the history of each record. I plan on creating a database at home when my internet is fixed (it probably is already), and then working from there.
There are apparently some footbag.org software changes that are going to help things, but I don't really know anything about that.

D'oh! Yeah, I'm living in the past. I hit 72 osii in 2009.Jeremy wrote:Ken can you please confirm the date for the osis record. You said 2008 in both your posts, but my impression is that you meant 2009 and I've put that as the date. Can you confirm?.

If I tie a record, will it still be put up?
I got 23 drifters but I'm not going to upload it if it won't count for anything.
Also, would you count a same side symple swirl record as different from swirl? Would you count it at all?

Symple swirl is a different trick to swirl and fairly common in footbag runs. Would it count as a unique in shred 30 (as well as swirl?) - I'm unsure, but hungover and exhausted so probably couldn't make any decisions right now.
I'll definitely put up tied records as well, or at least I'll record them in the database I'm going to create at home and maybe put them on the list as well - so definitely post it up - although I realise that the record is very small - my own pb is higher than that and I'm not that good at drifters, so if you're worried about effort maybe consider that it will be beaten soon.
With Blurry Whirls, I think in the 2006 Red Rocket video from Aus Champs Phil Morrison hits 10 consecutives - or around that number. If somebody wants to look that up it would be awesome, otherwise I'll do it when I get home.
Cheers
