Back in the day, 10,000 kicks took me a little over 2 hrs to break, counting by myself.
This kind of training was invaluable to my freestyle abilities. Quite frankly, I'm amazed that there are any current players willing to put this kind of effort in on their basics, but in my opinion this is the kind of work ethic it takes to become a world champion or a really great freestyler. Take that mindset, apply it to your freestyle training, and see what happens.

My first ever tourney was 1996 Midwest regionals. Scott D. ran it and there were quite a few top shredders, basically most of BAP. I also witnessed both of the still current consec records. I saw Andy Lindner kick it really fast, I cant even remember it wat so fast... And ted kicked it all day and night during the event and never dropped it once. Like 8 hours straight...
