The Tempe Location:
Where: Tempe Beach Park, in Tempe, Arizona.
Northwest corner of Mill Ave and Rio Salado.
When: Varies. It will be posted on here. Usually weekends
Cost: FREE
Features: Drinking fountains, free parking, bathrooms, grass, trees for shade, lake front, high flow of people passing, close to several places to eat, walking distance from Lightrail stop.
Lacks: Power outlets.
The Phoenix Location:
Where: Encanto Park Tennis Courts, in Phoenix, Arizona.
On the SOUTH east corner of Encanto and 15th Ave.
When: Now that school is in session times will vary.
Cost: A year membership is only $10, or $2 for a day pass.
You get a cool membership card with your name and picture on it.
Just make up a fake address that is in Phoenix if you are from another city.
Features: cold drinking fountains, bathrooms, free parking, working power outlets, great night lighting, racquetball courts with roofs (in case of rain), tennis courts, volleyball courts (sand and concrete), snack shack, and is located in the center of EVERTHING.
