Here are my second pair of lavers. These are my current ones. I painted them green to spice things up until I get my quantums at worlds.

I used Acrylic paint. Worked fine. They are a little stiff for like 5 minutes but after it breaks in it is fine. No roll for me.

Edit:

I didn't use any of that cheap crap. I used semi nice stuff cause the cheap stuff will peal.

That is the stuff I used

They are too skinny for my feet, they were a good buy though for .25 cents at a garage sale.

I think the basic mods for Goonitz are just enough and perfect as is, Holly. That's just me. :)

Hell yeah! That's a good mod to do as well.

I'm thinking about buying gel insoles for my Goonitz, though. Spencos are too bulky and big unless you get the thin Walker/Runner variety and not the Crosstrainers, and I like my feet to stay a tad bit closer to the ground for practical reasons. I don't know.

I've been playing in the stock insoles for some time, so whatever.

All I ever played in was the stock insoles and I don't think I ever trimmed them. I found them very good actually.

for clarification I am talking about unit insoles, i always switched the laver ones.

I use stock laver insoles. I don't have a problem with them.

Dont buy gel insoles.
They melt.
I got the dr.sholes gelin insoles and after shreddin in then they kind of melted at the heel.

I dont know how hot your feet get when you shred, but they might melt or smash or something shitty will happen, maybe.

It's a good thing we're in different shoe sizes. If I lost my shred shoes, I wouldn't want to wear yours.
