Freedom footbags are all I've ever used, so I guess I have to agree with you, there the best, and only bags I've used...

After using a carol bag the other day, I'd say I love them. My abshire mini isn't fully broken in yet, so I don't know which one I love more... but carols are AWESOME.

I like my Mr. Sandbag.

However, I'd like to get an abshire or something as such.

lon - 40 g, green/yellow/red 47 g, other older mini 35 g

the bags are furthur along now and my main bag at the moment is the lon which I got a worlds. I really like the way it plays and has cleaned up my game after using sand bags for so long. My second fav bag at the moment is my green/yellow/red bag which is great in any sort of wind because it so heavy but it is still not as broken in as the lon and is much older and has received more break in (hand breakin, and about the sime amount of shred time as the lon bag). The other mini I dont use often enough to give it a review, it always seemed really light so I stuck to other bags but at some point I will bring it into the rotation. The lon seems to be a great over all bag with a nice break in time, the bag sticks, sets well, and is just about the right weight (i know weight is a very subjective thing). The heavy mini is a good bag too but it has more of a bounce to it than the lon. Both are great bags and you will be happy with either.

The weight issue is really touchy. You can't really simply trust other peoples feelings on this because a bag really has to match the shredders needs and preferences.

Getting the chance to play with as many different bags as possible will help you decide.

wow how come the older mini abshire is so much heavier than the newer one uve got? Is it a customized filling or something?
Coz i reckon my abshire would be around 35g, i only got it about a month ago, washed it several times. I feel that it can be a little better if the bag was a little heavier to get a better feel...
But my next bag could be a lon, not sure yet. Have heard that carol bags arent durable enough, felix bag too dear, and theres other new stitchers out there that im not sure about yet....

the oldest mini is not the heaviest one, and it is lighter because it was his first version of the the mini, the newer one is heaver and has less stitches per seam

Don't know if mine is a mini Abshire or not, but it's certainly my second favorite. Third would have to be a bag that my brother made, which I'll post a pic of some day. Favorite though, is the very first bag I ever purchased... my Mirken bag. Then there are the Mr. Sandbags, they're key.

Peace.

Out of the bags I've played with here are my fav.

Sandmaster- just a good bag really
Mr Sandbag- I love these

I bought a few bags in my silly newbness so I have quite a collection of shitty bags I don't ever kick.

Blister: so dissappointing, washed it, rolled it, hate it
Axe Hammer: I'm tempted to give it to my dog, I wouldn't play catch with it
Twisted: Sigh, just dont like the weight of it, it's too light, looks good
Mirage: I never had love for this bag, no love coming soon

An Abshire is on it's way to me, I chose Regular size.

I'd like to start getting bags from other stichers so please can you guys give me their contact details (Felix, Lonn, other cool stitchers)

cool.
