Eskimo Joe Bags: Name?

Post by Eskimo Joe » 30 Dec 2006 01:55

Hello All, please help me decide what the name of my bags should be.

Showcase of bags made by me will also be in this section of modified.

Here are the options and the reasons for the choices:

Kowbags (My last name is Kownirk-Dunford)

ABags (My first name starts with an A)

Saki Balls (Sounds awesome when spoken with fake chinese accent; ie SAH-KEY BAAZ)

Tulugaq Footbags (Inuktitut word for Raven (corvus corax), pronounced two-luu-ghuk, which is my favorite Arctic animal)

Ijjuk Footbags (Inuktitut word for ball, pronounced eed-jew-ks)

Bags By Joe? wow.. that was just so original I crapped myself. Anyway, I like Kowsacks or Tulugaq because they seem to work the best when said in a sentence.

Saki balls just sounds really weird to me. The rest are cool though.

You should try to think of a way to work eskimo in the title. Its a cool username maybe it would make for good bags.

Just how does a cowsack relate to Andrew Banewicz? When used in my context, at least it is part of my actual name.

I will tell you the story of cowsacks, ok, one day long ago I decided to make an aim account, my very first one, I couldnt think of anything so it just came to me - paintcow98.

A few months later I got counterstrike source, I needed a cool name - cowstubs..... yeh, cowstubs. That was my cs name for a while, then I just changed it to JRStubs because it sounded cool.

Jrstubs and Paintcow............

May 30th, 2006, I discovered the world of freestyle footbag. Bag, sack, same thing really.

Jrstubs - modified account name

Cowsacks - I was thinking about the name paintcow footbags...thats just not catchy, I took the idea of paintcow and hackysack and cowsacks were born.

Then I incorporated my unicorn drawing, and im fixing it up to use as my cowsack logo.

Thats how the name "Cowsack" relates to Andrew Banewicz.

Saki Balls... lol.

Make it something to do with your name so we know who stitched it, instead of saying, "OH I GOT A SAKI BALL"

And they're like, "WTF?! THOSE TASTE GOOD!"

Thank you for that Andrew. I was wondering. I thought maybe you lived on a farm or something. Cool story.

I think that I will settle on Eskimo Bags.

Let me know what you guys think!!

Yeah, Eskimo bags sounds good. I would've recommended Schmo bags because every time I pronounce the term "Eskimo" I think of 'schmo,' and then how the move is performed. That's just me though. :P

PS: With further thought, the last two bag names are really cool imo. I'm surprised I didn't notice it earlier.
