Do you guys tie em tight, or keep fairly loose? I think I've seen both, and have been testing both, so I'm just curious.

(that's what she said)
I tie 'em real tight, then back it off so my feet can circulate.

I tie mine on the tighter side (not overly so but definitely to the point where I'd vote tight on the poll).

I lace my shoes up normally, without toe walls, instead of the special lacing technique that everyone uses. It makes my feet feel more snug and secure.
I dont' think loose laces are a good idea, but I also wouldn't consider mine to be extremely tight. It's enough to feel snug, but not enough to cut off circulation.

Closer to loose. I can crank more with loose shoes, but too loose makes zooming really shady

+1 I tie them once and then just slip em on and off for like a week I can not be bothered with tying shoes.

I like mine tight. Sometimes in mid session I make 'em tighter if it starts getting too loose

I generally pull each eyelet tight before each session before tying 'em on tight.
And I usually feel like they've gotten a little loose mid session, and re-tighten. I like my shoes to feel like part of my feet when I kick.

snug for me.
Loose shoes make my feets slip around inside, and increase my chances of ankle rollage.

Yep. I need all the help I can get with crank so mine are on the loose side.
