Specific Lacing Techniques

Post by ShredStylez » 04 Jun 2004 22:53

I've noticed that alot of peoples old broken in lavers still have a very wide flat and open toe box that just seems huge, like lon smith maybe. On my old lavers the flaps are now triangluar shaped instead of rounded and now that im using CT 300's i need a good lacing technique for those.

So i geuss im requesting some different lacing techniques besides the usuall for lavers and a good 3 or four techniques for CT's.
There is always a bigger trick.

Go watch a vid. of Dylan Fry.

For my newer Lavers, I was inspired by Kyle Zender and just cut the bottom two eyelets (and extra "flap") off and just laced them regularly with the six eyelets that were left.

wolfpac444: Is it possible for you to post a pic or two of your lavers. I really want to cut the bottom eyelets off, but I don't want to f*ck up my lavers. Just need to see what I am suppose to cut, and what not. Thanks.
