Sorry Zach, I don't know where you could find yourself a pair of clown shoes. (I can sell you my Lavers after I've worn them enough, size 11½ and after countless hours of shredding people will certaintly laught at them ;) ). :D
Are you still playing and/or hanging on the boards?

DROOOOOL, marco! those look so good, I wish I had a new pair, I've worn through the first layer of the sole into the cushiony part on mine, and they're extra worn on the outside because I over-pronate (my feet lean to the outside) so they're tilted and I'm kinda falling off them ;) Who knows where I can get climas at a decent price besides ebay?

a few years ago when I saw people wearing them, they didn't look any good at all to me, and I missed out on buying them... Such a fool, I...

What about nike presto worlds in size extra small? anyone seen those?

my new kicks, just won them on ebay. Paul shreds well in his... I'd prefer the clima 1s or Euros, but I'll take these for now. Got a good price on them, too... $20 plus shipping. I look forward to tearing them up.

This is my first post. I'm a n00b, so these haven't been broken in yet. Tom Mosher modded them for me.

thats my collection of lavers in order of playing in them...
nastase...99-2000
milleniums 2000-2003
croatia 2003-2004
china 2004-now
new black chinas (got them today :D )
new green white chinas (not yet finished coloring)
i used to have dunbars too which i sold to vlad e. and black leather laver which i gave to ole....

Image

the worst about new lavers is the breaking in time, when they just look like stiff bricks and all shiny and ugly... i hate that

Dammit Tom. You let the cat out of the bag. I was hoping to see how long it would take people to catch on.

paul agostinelli's work great for him. the inside is quite comparable to the clima 1s, the toe is a little different. Tom's also worked well for him when he was using them. I'm pretty optimistic, although I've never owned a pair before... now I have 2 pairs ;) I will post an in-depth review.
