Hello fizzied

Just an update, I've been playing in competition shuttlecock shoes for the past year and I like them a lot. I like them better than climas, and they are lighter than lavers.

Holy shiznap, nice find.

Same shoes that Dave had which Pete gave him... 2-3 years ago? I believe Jay Boychuk has that pair now?

whoah, I didn't know they'd changed hands from peter... The only other time I've seen shoes like these was in his basement in '05.

I think gave that pair to Dave as a gift for making into BAP in '07, and then it changed hands in... NYJ '08? Not sure.

Clarification:

I won those shoes at the jam in Maryland that Adrienne ran. Pete donated them and I won them. They were a size too big and I ended up passing them to Jay Boychuk like 2 years later. I even recall pm'ing Pete to see if he minded, he didn't, and I knew Jay would get much more enjoyment out of them.

If they were a BAP gift I would've kept them.

Word.

ahhhhhh right on...

more than disagree with a choice, it made me wonder about how differently a player of your level must view the game than a player like me.

maybe me and jay can wear them together at the next event we're at.

that was nice of you to pass them on.

Thanks for the clarification. Like I mentioned before, I wasn't sure.
