Sorry to hear about the flip clipper. Hopefully I can help you with that when school starts again, but then, my flip clipper is apparently ugly. Seriously though, a lot of times with footbag, tricks end up being stronger and cleaner when you don't force them. So maybe try and do it with as little effort as possible and see if that helps.

Oh, and nice photo. Any way you could make it bigger?

yesterday, thursday, my aunt and uncle came over with some of my cousins and we ate pizza, i put on nbk while everyone was eating to show my uncle and one of my cousins, the rest had seen it already

after that i met up with ben near campus and then we played for like two hours from 9-11pm, under some overhang near the library, cause it was raining so we needed a dry spot, i gave ben my eigth bag,

the session felt pretty good, i had a couple good strings and a few highlights,

i hit some good illusions, and like one flip illusion
i did a symposium mirage but dont remember the side, think it was my first
and i hit four osis, i did a butterfly then four osis, but on the fourth the bag went away, but it was cool

ive still been trying to get whirl, i feel like its pretty close on both sides and im just like about to hit it but i havent,

i missed a friday shred with ken pascal and nick because it was my birthday and on the way to play footbag, i ended up getting sidetracked with a surprise birthday party,

but the next day, saturday, i played footbag with ken and pascal, in some new community center on campus, it has a pretty good spot for footbag,

and sunday ken and i went and made reservations to get one of the rooms there every monday night for like an hour and a half

its the first day of classes, and i am headed to my first class now,

hey no one really uses this blog anymore, its too bad

the winter took a pretty bad toll on the club since most people wouldnt trek across campus in the snow to play footbag and then have to walk back, but now that its warming up,

outdoor shred is fun

but school is almost out and everyone is busy with finals and getting ready for the summer

ive been trying to fill out a bunch of forms and stuff for the club for next year, theres a club festival and the begingin of the year hopefully we can find some new members and also i tried updating the website as best as i could

Cornell Footbag Club

i added some new info and text thanks to ken for writing it
and then i put some more links up to some videos that were already posted on modified

I dont really know what my summer schedule is hopefully it will include worlds but its still really up in the air

today i had my stats final it was open note and open book, but still the test was pretty hard, my hardest final, i studied the night before for like a couple hours during the day and then again from like 9pm to 130am ,
so i hope it went alright,
i had been waiting to get htis test over with and then to play footbag outside, but it actually ended up rainging so that got cancelled,

i didnt really do anything all day, but i met up with ken at like 10pm and played footbag on west, while he watched nba playoff game, it was a pretty good session last time i didnt play hard and my knee felt kinda weird but today was good,

schools almost done and summers practically here,

so ive left ithaca for the summer and am in dc for a couple days,
t
oday i went to the national mall which is where they have a bunch of museums and i walked around and took photos and stuff but then after i was tired i was sitting with my friend josh by some fountain and these two kids pulled out a hackey sakc so i joined them and kicked around for like a half hour, it was unexpected and fun

back in ithaca for like 2 weeks, its been pretty busy getting started for the semester and trying to fill out paperwork for the club is kind of a headache

the week before school started i went to worlds and it was fun, met a lot of people

yesterday was our first official club meeting, and a bunch of people showed probably like 12,

we mostly played foursquare and hacked but i was messing around a bit on my own and i hit reverse whirl and then i also hit whirl, both on the same side so i want to try and get them on the otherside but i was pretty happy about it

and two nights ago vasek was on jimmy kimmel for like 30 seconds but it was cool

Thank you again for all your hard work for the club. I really appreciate it, and so does everybody else in the club, even if they don't realize how much work it is.

I think we can form a good core from the kids who showed yesterday.

Footbag club on Friday was awesome. At one point we had 11 people there, including 2 girls. Lots of 4square going on, as well as lots of shoe swapping. I let one girl play in my G-Units, and she got 4 or 5 alternating toe stalls. Luis lent his lavers to another beginner named Justin, and he hit around 20 toe stalls. Big potential.

Luis and I got in a 2 man session today which was fun. We like playing with the club, but it doesn't give you much of a chance to work on your own game. Luis was playing real strong today. He hit rev whirl x3. I also saw him get rev whirl on flip. He also hit a ducking butterfly, and some far rev whirls. The biggest highlight by far though was seeing him hit blur for his first time! Big ups.

yesterday, monday night, i kicked with ken at noyes community center, we only played for like an hour but it was pretty fun,

at the end of the session i was trying to hit dyno from clipper but i did'nt and then just as we were getting ready to go i hit it from toe, but ken didnt see it, so i tried it again and got it,

and then we left

the other day i played bymyself at the noyes center for like an hour before ken came out,

i had a couple highlights for while i was playing alone,

dyno, both sides
i got a blur on my first try but then couldnt do it the rest of the time
15 contacts of legover>mirage>rpt thats my record
i broke my old butterfly record of 6 -- i got 9

thats about it,

i had a couple flip reverse whirls, which seem to be improving slowly, and i was trying whirls on both sides but i still havent figured out exactly how to do them

oh ya,
the cornell footbag jam is scheduled now for the last weekend in october

ya, today i played with ken for a little bit on ho plaza, it was'nt a very level surface but there was a good amount of foot traffic which was good, we got a couple new emails

i did'nt have any major highlights,

i've been doing stepping on my strong side and have only hit blur, but today i had a couple good flip stepping sets but i did'nt hit anything out of it

rev whirl>dyno

for like i guess since worlds ive sort of been stitching just whenever i have time, instead of doing homework ive been stitching, but i stitched three bags up to the last pent and tonight after my session with ken i came home and finished them all the last pents and filling them

these are the first bags ive stitched in awhile, i think they turned out well
