thanks broseph ! when are danish champs ? i miss you, sweet prince  -
that was one funked out week end that will find its way into the books.

dudes, i would really like to play footbag today - i've been good and
hardworking all week, killing drill after drill, so i guess today would be
ideal for some real, anti-robotic SHRED..!

i'm waiting, please call/text : 01520/ 474 919 4

yesterday i practiced clippers, freezes, bops, dexless and double downs,
nothing to go on about in detail, really, still i feel like mentioning those:

spin clip>d.clip x4
d.clip>d.clip>d.butter x4
para>butter>butter>pdx mir>rpt>string
spinning clip>rev up>string

Munich, at least once every decade

Post by MrMeebles » 18 Aug 2009 12:33

Hihi,

meine Freundin will unbedingt Oktoberfest mit eigene Augen erleben. Ich hab's schon persoenlich 3 mal knapp ueberlebt als ich da wohnte und interresiere mich heutzutage eher fuer Footbag. Wie siehts aus, wer will am 26.9 an einem "Andrew Jam" teilnehmen?

And that is why I usually write in English on this forum :) It's not fixed in stone yet, but it's pretty sure I'll be there that weekend. Still need to figure out a few details (like where we're going to stay), but I really want to go.

genau. und schaust, dost ummi kimmst, du zipfiklatscha, mia gfrein uns scho narrisch !

now to something completly different: BEA HIT PARADON - the spell is broken :D

playing footbag with other people is the best, in an ideal world this should
happen at least once a week, as a reward for 3-4 hardcore solo sessions.
i dunno, when i play footbag alone, which is pretty standard, i'm so caught
up in details, freezes, besosing concepts and countless reps of simple stuff,
that i usually forget/cant manage to actually freestyle.
so when i played with Bea, i felt rewarded - its so kool to see footbag "live",
plus i finally gave myself a chance to try out what i've learned.
i wasnt too happy with my style, everything felt kinda rushed and compressed,
but i had some long runs again (in my world thats 15 -20 guiltless cons)
and played less predictable and one sided.

i wanna do more spins, double down variations and ducking legovers,
those are so much fun :)

who wants to play today/this week ? :P

good shred today 8) its kool to see Bea shining again, she got such
a great style and also some new trix ...saturday is ooooon !

still sticking to my schedule, i had a good clipper/downtime day -
bops, whirls, drifter, double downs mainly. i should push my drifter game more,
i still have trouble doing other tricks than butter/d.clip out of it...
lines were good again, also worked on density a bit.

d.clip>ss butter>whirl x4>seal; run with dso, datw, para bsos and dod
toeblur>legbeater>blur ; atomsmasher>pixie clip>double down ;
18 guiltless (d.clip>whirll>dlo bsos; tap, atom, plo, para, drifter...)

Hello from London!

London is really nice. I went to chinatown and a lot of other sights :)
Tonight I'm going out and see how it is to party in London.

Bye Bye

Due to a properly inglorious skate injury, i had to cut down to having one
LIGHT session a week only, which really sucks because, well, i'm just so
hot right now :D. In that vein i was only able to practice clipper tricks,
no double dexes or sets for me, and i longed for a shred partner too.

All that changed today: i could do most of my stuff, had some looong runs,
hit a new trick, new links and most importantly : Bea joined in :D -
shredding with other people is soooo motivating, we had a good schedule going,
got to practice AND to shred.
Afterwards we cooled off in the lake and the first sauce made out of self grown
veggies is on the stove while i'm blabbering this bull...

flip datw out-in (never tried before, cuz i'm all bout dsos dawg)

smear>tapping pick>dod

atom>dim>ddd

ducking butter>ddd

toe blur>tap down >ddd (unsealed)

run with d pdx mirage, whirl, drifter, atomic, dlo ect all bsos

20 + guiltless a coupla times, 40 + tiltless first attempt
