This is my footblog. My name is jesse and i've made some posts before but i've never really like been on here. i'm pretty noobish when it comes to footbag. i can only do basics right now and im very one sided and i cant keep the bag up to save my life

(with like clippers and tricks and stuff), but with just kicking it i can pretty well. well this my footblog prepare for boredom.

Well I just recently went to the Kansas Footbag Open, with zac miley, and cody carter. I got to meet Matt Coffman which was cool. I Got second in Doubles net, even though i never play net, and third in footbag golf

lmao. but overall it was alot of fun. Matt, Zac, and Cody were the top three there. congrats guys.

These are the Bags I came home with from the tournament. I won the Mr. Sandbag on the right, and bought the Cowsack from Zac.

Well Me and Zac miley shredded tonite. I guess Zac was having a bad night. I was too, but I footed Pixie Legover and was trying to hit Pixie Clipper and Pixie Pickup. BTW Im looking for tips on pixie clipper, like should i set my pixie set foot down or just keep it up and move it to clipper? I was planning on maybe trying to do an online competition but im not sure im good enough or ready for that yet.

but I'm done for the night. My buttox is sore. lol

First Grats for everything you've hit and props for the Pixie Legover

I am still schooling my pixies though I hit Pixie Legover, Pixie Mirage, Pixie Butterfly, Pixie Osis etc. but only with my right foot

As for Pixie Clipper I do plant my Pixie Set foot before going for the Clipper. I am not an expert of course but if your pixies are high enough you should have lots of time to go for the clipper even if you set the foot down. And not setting the foot would lead to some drifter like trick and not Pixie Clipper

Btw once you can hit Pixie Clipper it won't be difficult to go for Pixie Butterfly

, although i do have a hard time setting my pixies high. If i try really hard, the highest i can get them is about to my waist. I Can't Do the little flick pixies, My pixies are like flailing and i've actually footed Dimwalk a couple times but it was more of a pixie refraction.

But another weird problem i have is mirages. OH MY GOD. i cannot get them. I've practiced them soooo much and no matter how hard i try i never get them. most of the time i never even come close and I Very rarely foot them.

I think most of my problems come from me being a heavier guy because i have trouble staying on my toes and stuff of that sort. oh well all i know is that I've been starting to play alot more and hopefully i will get into decent shape before school rolls around again.

You sure will if you keep practicing

Footbag leads to a muscular body and better condition if played on a regular basis

With Mirage there are 2 tips I can give you :

1. Visit the trick tips forum and Download Anssi Sundbergs Vid's (if you have enough space and time just get them all

) watch them lots of times and try to find out what he does to hit a nice and smooth mirage

2. If that doesn't help you just search for Mirage in the trick tips forum you will sure find some written text about how to hit it.

Well I havn't played at all today, unfornutely. I didn't play because im sore from yesterday for some reason. I guess its because I don't ever play that hard.

But in other news I applied for a job at the local grocery store and I have an interview on Friday at 2.

I Modded my lavers. I relaced them with black laces and drew in the lines with a black sharpie they are TIzzite! lol.

but anyways yeah. thats all i've done recently. Here is a pic along with all of my bags.

Well Today I went to play with Zac and after like 5 minutes my RIGHT ASS CHEEK MUSCLE WAS PULLED from trying pixie clipper. LMAO I know right? lol but that was my day.

Last night Zac and I shredded for about... eh... maybe an hour? But anyways I got pixe Legover on film

. lol but anyways we got some footage of zac tearing up the playing field. So hopefully ill put a video up soon.

Well today I went to an interview for a grocery store at 2:00 and at the very end of the interview they were like "your hired." so I should have some money for some footbags pretty soon
