You can't not go with dates like that!

yeah dates are good but I may bring daugther with me so it's hard to say how it will go. Worlds are not super child friendly especially if it's only me and her
Also if I dont feel I can make routine finals (being well prepared and in good shape) I don't think I will go either

So far no shred for 3 last weeks, pretty bad. But today had a sess and ducked my first flip steps! got a flip stepping ducking clipper and close to ripped warrior!

If it's just you and her at Worlds, you are GUARANTEED to make routine finals. :P

lol that's not a plan :D

But I do have some good routines that can make it if I go dropless, just need to feel confident enough to make the trip because it would be without Nazly if I go, I want to go for a purpose since it would not be all together

Props! I know how hard flip stepping is for you!
I don't know if this has been mentioned to you before or not, but your good side stepping tends to be pulled. Not sure how to help clean that up though.

Yeah I'm aware of the slurs on my step happening here and there, sometimes I cheat too much !

Here are some recent highlights, not playing much since january, like not even once a week, but good weather arriving things will change!

been playing a bit more lately
shoes = dead, sole is unsticked from underneath the main sole, and the shoe is also unsticked from the main sole.. everything falling appart, sucks for black units in good condition otherwise. got to get them repaired.

played with new units tough, toe game got back to were it used to be, pixie legover, smear, pixie ss mirage, all felt easy natural and effortless. those black broken gunits made it feel too hard for some reason

got to break in the new shoes now, need some time

did a short vid on youtube, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FeZ7BDxBpVo

some stuff from this week

lost a few pounds, 10 to go to get back to the best shape I ever had like 7 years ago

pretty serious on my diet, only one cheat day in past month and it was quite soft!

Maybe I can hit gyro barroque again once I loose that 10 pounds! Last time I hit the trick I was 150pounds, 160 now.

Great as always!
Really liked the flip stepping and the non-symple twists! Would love to see more non-symple twist tricks!

had some good and quiet footbag moments in past month, some weeks lots of play, some none, but was busy

another busy week ahead, I'm missing worlds since we had 1 week vacation before and 1 after worlds, bad timing! Then after that I can start playing regularly again I hope.

Sciatic has been showing signs and threats, hope it stops, going to do more preventive exercices.

Had a week with Rory in town early july! And last week I was on a road trip and got to play with Pete and Kevin, fun times!

Hoping all goes well so I can make it to USO, should be there but 95% confirmed, that 5% still haunts me !

Maybe we will see an entry from me at worlds video contest :)
