Went rock climbing Saturday and have been sore ever since. Especially because I was trying to learn how to backflip using the rock climbing fall mats. I landed on my head about 5 times, so my back is pretty sore.

Trained for 1 hour yesterday, hit pixie everything. Then played for 2 hours at our schools premier. It was a pants session, but I was still playing well. Long strings.

Played with Loren and Aaron at the first footbag class at UNLV. Nobody else showed up, but it was fun anyways.

Footbag for the past 2 weeks has been fun. I've been focusing more on the fun aspect than anything. Hitting long runs and unique crap. I'll be getting back to drilling stuff and such soon.

I've started the hundred pushups challenge. The most pushups I ever been able to do at once is around 60, but I've always wanted to do 100. So I'm following the program on http://www.hundredpushups.com. I'm on Week 3.

What a coincidence. My teacher made me do 80 pushups on... Thursday? And my arms are still sore. So I'm going to work on that. Thanks for the link.

Played with Loren on Saturday. I had a bunch of sick runs. We actually have a footbag class going on Saturday's at noon at UNLV. So far only 3 people have shown up, but we'll probably be doing a public session on Wednesday to get people aware of the class. As far as I know, it's the first/only official footbag class in a major university. If we can get people involved regularly, who knows what will happen?

I'm thinking of making another vid sometime. But actually putting some time into this one and making it good. Who knows? I'm pretty busy.

Played 2.5 hours with Loren today at school promoting our footbag class. I love footbag, but hate my flipside clipper.

Whirlygig > spinning whirl > spender

I think I'm gonna make that my new sick 3 safety. I feel like if I drill it a couple sessions, I can get it consistent enough.

Played 3 hours yesterday with Evan, Loren, and a few people who came to the footbag class. Wish my consistency was better. My head didn't seem 100% in it.

Sweet vid Ben! Nice variety. I'd like to see more torques and some quantums. I know you can do them
