not really. its still an atw, but very sloppy, if meant as atw. i dont think it counts as a trick, but still takes skill. keep working at it, and youll hit triple atw for sure!

sorry

I just can't seem to do it consistently going horizontaly. I should just call it the "over the world" since that seems to be what's happening. It's really starting to piss me off too.

Post by JelloFootbags » 30 Oct 2006 14:09

Ok...I do the around the world from a toe set but i land on a inside delay...is it still a around the world? Also...What would it be if I do the ATW throw up the inside delay and do a in to out dex with my left leg and delay it on my right foot.
I footbag...because its freedom.

I'm assuming you're setting with your right foot. In which case, it's a mirage.

So would it still be a ATW though? For the first part that is.

I really dont know, but I always considered it as one due to the fact the foot does circle around the back and end in a delay.

But still its a dex so props on that!

i think your just describing a regular atw that lands on an inside delay, all the inside delay does is make it stylie :)
(or atleast thats what i think your describing :P)

Yes this is a good area of your leg to be dexing with you dont want to be using your whole leg then your just trying to hard and will end up frustrating yourself, try using as little as possible to dex around the bag as its easier and allows you to see more of the bag for the catch

Help for Flipside

Post by Jordan » 06 Jun 2008 12:04

Ok. so i landed my first around the world on my (non-dominant) leg, aka my left leg... Im a righty.

and I was told by many players that I should learn everything on both sides at the same time...

i can do toe stalls and inside stalls on both legs perfectly, but I would like to learn clipper and ATW on my left leg as good as I can on my right (dominant) side...

Can anyone help:?:

"dominant"

Do a bunch of your strong ATWs in a row, and observe the way you're balancing before you go into it, the way your whole body moves when you're dexing, the speed of your dex, the place you catch, your posture at the end, and make sure you're copying all that with your flip side.
BRICK!
