Challenge Nick!

Post by the_8_bit_kid » 04 Oct 2009 15:07

Hey guys.
In the last few days Matt Bailey went to university in Cambridge,so the Leicester footbag scene has been cut in half! I relied on Matt to challenge me with drills and therefore improve my game. Now hes gone, in order to keep myself motivated i thought id start up a challenge thread so people could set me stuff :)

Heres what i can hit pretty comfortably, when freestyling:

Mirage
ATW
Legover
Pickup
Clipper
Near mirage
Far legover
Near pickup
Same side legover
Same side pickup
Same side mirage
Illusion
Butterfly

And heres what I can hit not so comfortably :

Simple legover
Symposium mirage
Pixie legover
Paradox mirage
Double legover from toe and from clipper
Infinity
Osis
Ripwalk
Stepping set

Im also pretty close to hitting smear, whirl and sometimes ducking clipper.

In terms of freestyle I can hit about 10-15 contact tiltless runs semi consistantly so im trying to increase my string length. Any drills/tricks challenges are welcome, and ill try and get them on video for people to critique :)

OK,ive hit a few from my list so far. Ill get them on film as soon as i move house and have room to film myself, damn cheap camera!

Ok,so far ive hit:
osis
atw out>in atw in out both sidies
Ripwalk (not the cleanest looking trick ive hit but ill tidy it up with practice)

Pretty damn close to whirl as well, should have it in the next few days :)
