I have been playing for about 6 or 7 months? i think. i love to play footbag, but i am constantly busy with school work and my part time job. So i want to give myself some motivation to play and land new tricks and runs. i have a fairly easy time linking small tricks, but i haven't learned a whole lot past the basics, so this will not only be a driving factor to find more time to play, but a driving factor to learn new tricks

Some Tricks i can land
Mirage(bs)
legover(bs)
atw(bs)
clippers and insides
Far legover
Pickup(bs)
ss mirage(bs)
osis
butterfly
Symp Miragea little bit of rake
Dlo
Ducking and diving concepts

Challanges completed:
mirage > ss mirage x 5 (hit it 7x)
Dlo
Legover X 10

pickup x 10

illusion > ss mirage x 5
infinity no plant x 10
infinity > ss butterfly x 5

everything that you've done on your strong side, do on your flip.

you're early in the game still, so that means you can develop both sides very evenly! lucky guy!

I like to warm up with these drills everytime I play for some reason (in addition to some that matt mentioned):

Mirage > Legover > RPT (as many as you can but at least x2)
Illusion > Pickup > RPT
Butterfly > Near Mirage > Legover > RPT
Butterfly > Osis > Near Mirage > Repeat

Also try

Whirl bs
Swirl bs
Spinning clipper (set from clipper) bs
