Kyle Cook. striving for proggression.

Post by Kylescook » 29 Sep 2014 13:23

So during my session with Cory on Sunday he suggested I start a thread over here. I've been practicing Freestyle now five days a week since June when I got my first Pair of lavers. I'll do my best to film all challenges so constructive criticism is greatly appreciated. I will also be getting something that can record in 1080p by the end of the year so we can all look forward to me chucking the fuzzy footage.

Some tricks I'm comfortable with:
Mirage
atw/orbit
illusion
Clipper
Knee stall
Guay
legover

I realize the only way this thread will help me get better is if I actually complete the challenges. So on that note I've completed all 13 challenges given by Cass and Kevin and I even added a bonus link for your patience. I look forward to filming round 2 for you guys.

Osis > Near Drifter BS
Pdx Drifter > Pdx Mirage BS
Butterfly > Pdx Mirage > Repeat
Butterfly > Pdx Illusion > Repeat
Osis > Osis > Infinity > Repeat

Ducking Clipper > Near Drifter > Near Drifter > Ducking Clipper
Whirl > Near Drifter > Repeat
Toe Osis > Near Drifter > Pdx Mirage

Ducking Butterfly
Ducking Pdx Mirage (Assassin I think)
Ducking Osis

Good freestyle music list. Air's birthday drills is definitely on my top 5 list. :)
I hate bad form and I'm a hypocrite.

To get official....

 Clip set DLO > LegOv > near clip > bubba > LegOv > opp clip > RPT
 Far Pickup > Far butterfly > Near pickup > Far butter > RPT
 Eggbeater from all toe and clip sets ... same with DLO ..
 Ripwalk > Diving clip > clip > RPT
 Stepping SS clip x5 BS
 Whirl x3 BS
 Rev whirl x3 BS
 DATW both sides both directions in one string
 PDX mirage > Double over down > PDX mirage BS
 Open same mirage > DLO RPT
 Open same illusion > egg RPT

You'll have to push for many of those.. but my challenge is all of those before March.
Last two may be a bit of a doozy....

As for clipper set, unless paradox or far is stated, near is implied
