100 Pushups

Got that right, Kaylo. However, if you want someday to do push ups with only one arm, slow push ups are better, because if you do slow push ups you do for your strength and if you do fast push ups you do for speed. When I was doing fast push ups I couldn't even dream about push ups on one hand. Since I've been doing slow push ups I can do push ups on one hand... :)

Push ups on one hand? Now that is an achievement!

I bought some nike pushup grips the other day to use since I have wrist problems as well - they seem to take the pressure off although it does feel a little weird at first. Would they help you Pyro?

I have Nike grips too and I must say they are awesome. However, you have to hold grips like you don't have any wrist, so the only joints you have are your elbows.

They may. I've never seen them. I'll certainly take a look at them though. Knuckle pushups are intense...

I have found Knuckles to be quite easier for me..

I wonder why?

I also noticed recently that my legs are much stronger than a lot of my friends, including a few who practice Aikijitsu daily...

I love footbag for that.

I try to breakdance. So I am always doing hand stands and the like. Plus, I am lazy and fat. Pushups I do when I get bored, but never 100 at a time.

Being fat makes pushups more effective. I'm 50 lbs fat, and it took me 2 weeks to go up from 2 pushups to 10.
