Id say less about goals and its more about your recovery ability. if you are young, and all roided up, and eating a perfect diet, you can work out almost everyday unless you feel exhausted. If you are doing footbag it wont work out because your tendons/ligaments/ skeletal muscular structure wont keep pace. Footbag is hard on the joints, and if you get too physical too fast your skills and muscles will tear up your joints. Even with perfect form footbag is unnatural movements.
