Jeremy O'Wheel does like the USA

Post by Jeremy » 18 Jul 2005 08:16

Let's face it. The US is the greatest country in the world. They really do have the world’s interests at heart and protect our freedom. Without the US, Australia would have been invaded by the Japanese and all the freedom we have in Australia would have been taken away.

It's clear that God gave America the power that it does have and it is the duty of the US to use that power for good, such as defeating the evil terrorists that want to destroy our way of life. Pinko lefty tree huggers will try to tell you that the world should be able to decide for its self what it does but frankly this is bull shit. It is the moral obligation of the world to try and make it a better place. How can we stand by and see the torture and horrible crimes occurring around the world without taking action. As an American support I believe that we need to stick up for our beliefs about the world and enforce them on those who oppose us.

It is not good enough to stand back like the French and say that we shouldn't get involved. Not getting involved led to World War 2 and it was only when the US got involved that we managed to win the war and end it.

The US truly is both the land of the free and the mighty defender of the free. It is our freedom that makes us so great. Every nation on the planet should aspire to be as free as we are and should respect and honour the stars and stripes as we Americans do. Without us the world would become chaos.

Why would supporting the great freedom loving country that is the United States of America make you think that I am on drugs? The US is fighting a war on drugs!! Drugs are evil and also buying drugs supports terrorists who are trying to destroy our way of life.

Jeremy, how can you say things like that, when you own this! Do you really need to waste so much gas to transport just yourself around? You don't even do home decorating, and I know you don't haul around those damn elleegal emmigrans in our damn country.

Maybe because you seem to have pulled a complete 180. Not that I ever thought you were anti-American, but you've certainly been anti-American decision-making for a long time. Especially since the war in Iraq started. Why on earth would you flip now? I don't always agree with you on your stances and I definitely disagree with you on this one.

America is the land of the free and I am free to own whatever kind of car I want. If I work hard and earn lots of money, why shouldn't I be able to drive whatever kind of car I like? If I didn't work so hard and couldn't afford the gas I'd have to drive some other kind of car or catch public transport or something. People who work hard should be rewarded for it - this encourages other people to work hard too.

Yeah? Well, my father has worked 60+ hours a week and yet we're not rich. We can barely afford to pay our mortage every month, and yet we can't afford a damn SUV like you've got. You're wasting gas. Just because you can afford it doesn't mean you should use it.

I call shenanigans. This has got to be Jeremy's evil twin or something. The last few posts just don't sound like Jeremy.

You're right, the USA does use more fuel than other places on average. It's because of jerks like Jeremy who drive SUVs. USA USAGE is a good point.
