I just wante dto say thank you for putting this together! Also great job to all the competitors!

Here are my comments and opinions on the Novice stuff. i wil not say anything other than amazing mind blowing stuff for all the open footbaggers.

Novice Sick 1

Bjorn Lorenz: Smear
-needs work, good job

Cale McCoy: Ducking PS Mirage
-great execution

Jose Hernandez: Phoenix
-nice execution great trick

Chriswell Aveiro: Smog
-nice move, needs some work

Andrew Dunford: Fairy ss whirl
-amazing! What talent!

Grant Mooney: Ducking ps mirage
-great trick, but not as controlled as Cale's

Timothy Smith: Ducking Paradox Mirage
-nice trick, seems to need a bit of work, specifically the mirage, needs more knee and hip movement. It seems you stick your leg out too far in fromnt, when it should be nice and close

Conrad Rustad: Pigbeater
-great move, super compact, looks great

Blake Johnson: blizzard
-nice move choice, looks like the timing is great, but the illusion could be deeper

1.Cale McCoy
2.Conrad Rustad
3.Andrew Dunford

Novice Sick 3

Simon Kittlaus: Butterfly>Refraction>torque
-nice trick selection, looks like it needs a bit more work, you seem to be travelling around alot

Tim Smith: DLO>Butterfly>pdx illusion
-really nice timing, not much to say other than maybe a deeper illusion

Andrew Dunford: ripwalk>osis>whirl
-BEAUTIFUL!
-whirl form a bit off, but it has since been fixed

Bjorn Lorenz: far lo>mirage>ss dlo
-nice trick selection, but the mirage looks a bit wonky. Should be close to you and less knee up movement

Daniel Ramirez: Blur>ss butterfly>torque
-fucken great job! The timing on the ss butter is so awesome and stylee

Grant Mooney: ducking pdx mirage>plo>parkwalk
-nice, not much to say other than that

Jose Hernandez: legbeater>diving clipper>reverse whirl
-nice legbeater! The only criticism is that the reverse whirl seems a bit thin and late

Kim Berg: pixie whirl>torque>dlo
-smooth, super controlled and great to view

Paulo Castro: whirl>torque>barfly
-nice trick selection nice execution. Criticism: Your torque seems to spin before you jump and dex and your game seems to be close to ground

1. Kim Berg
2. Daniel Ramirez
3. Paulo Castro

The "comps" really are not about results.

I think it's stupid to complain about not getting them, just be happy that we got 5 videos of people doing their best tricks.

This is not directed at anyone in particular.

Nobody has complained, only asked if/when the results would be released.

I think it's ok for competitors to ask for results because it is a competition and contrary to what you said, "comps" ARE about results. Otherwise, they wouldn't be called competitions. They would be called "fun time!" or something. Without results, this thread should be called 1st Quarter Online Fun Time: Official Release.

lol we disagree on everything.

I just don't think people enter the comps to try and win them (especially people who know they can't). It's to get feedback and to do better than you did last time.

In this situatuion, yes. I feel that Daniel executed his tricks more controlled and with more style. It looked better. I realize that your tricks had higher add counts and were executed well, his were just executed better. THis is just my opinion, I am not a judge or anything.

I think that's wrong too.

Sure, the competitions are fun and that's how they're supposed to be, but forgetting about the competition between players here would be like giving up the challenge of hitting new tricks and combos.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining that the results take long to come. The judges are people too and deserve to do other things than to judge us, right  ?

Zeb. forget the anothers judges and get the result without the rankings of the others judges .... yeah I know maybe the other judges have something best to do ... but if that is the reason well .... they wouldn't ask you to be a judges

I just don't understand what's so important about results =)
You need results at tournaments, that's for sure...but this online comp is just for fun, isn't it?
I think we should be happy with the participation from several different countries and about the sick moves and links some of us've hit.
Be satisfied with the fact that there is an online competition where you can show your skills...who needs first, second and third ?

I agree that these are just for fun, and there's no point in first, second, third, yadayadayada, but I'd still like to see results. Actually, I don't care about results as much as generally what people thought of my tricks and what I can improve on, and not many people posted their opinions and advice regarding that (uh... it was only two people). So that's where I stand.

Damn dude, clam down! They were just stating their opinions. No need to take it up the ass.

I wouldn't mind seeing the results either, but I'm not going to go and beg and try to force the posting of them. Let them get here when they do!

If I get around to watching them again, I'll post my thoughts on them, both intermediate and open.
