Anz - Given Up

Post by Anz » 26 Nov 2007 10:36

I played with my Quantum01's for the last time today and I hadn't made a solo video for quite a while, so decided to film. I've been wanting to make a video to this song too.
I just can't do good runs when I play solo (always), so all the good stuff in this video are links and sick3's.

SWEET.

you edit your videos to the song the exact same way I try/want to.

I had a huge smile on my face during the BIG miss section.

The string to link ratio was perfect to me.

In that one string you did with the weird stuff and cool stuff mixed in (you know the one), that was like, THE definition of footbag. Wonderful.

Also, those links were huge and the trick attempts were funny. :D

Nice job, I really enjoyed that. Held my attention for all 4 minutes or so and I had some out loud moments.

Good to see you pushing your links and single tricks since you normally strike me as Mr. Genuine. Keep it up.

Also, are your quantums just too old to shred in anymore? Or are you switching shoes or something.

That got me focused, the song went great with the shred - i havent heard much else from linkin park so that was cool to hear . You have a lot of creativity :)_ neat to see those possibilities.

Awesome video. I loved how well you edited the shred with the music. Loved the shred. Laughed at the end of the attempts section. I think this is my new favorite video of the time.

Yo thanks for watching and for all the nice words.

Those big misses were a joke. The part of the music just fits to that kind of footage. I haven't hit any of the tricks.

I've had Quantums for about 9 months now, and they're completely busted. I don't feel comfortable in them and they're not good to play in anymore. I'm pretty sad because they lasted for so little time.
I'm now switching to Quantum02. I have heard only bad about their durability, so I'm not having big expectations, but I hope they'll last longer.

Hey if anybody can recognise the picture on my shirt in this video, I'll buy you a beer at Worlds!
