NEW Boston Shred Crew Video! (by emmy winning videographer)

Post by slapdash21 » 15 Dec 2007 11:40

size- 65 megs
length- 2 min
players- pete bowler, doug the tank tank tank, chris williams, jason varvaro
filmer/editor- kevin, definitely the fuckin man, andrews
thanks to henry for the storage space. we're working on a youtube version, and on a more compressed version as well.

i must say, the editing on this video is frikkin superb. definitely worth the upload time. not too many long strings, but believe me, its sick.

This video really stood out because of the camera work. This is a video i would show to groups of people, or a lecture, or even my friends to describe to them what freestyle footbag is. I really liked it, i'll be honest...I wasnt expecting it to be that good!

props to you guys ;)

This video is sweet! The editing is so slick, and i love the camera angles. Oh my gosh I've dropped a bag down an elevator shaft to. It's like the bags attracted to those little slits. Anyways, awesome vid, loved all the sections, and the editing was some of the best I've ever seen in a footbag video. Make more please.

Wowwwww!! Excellent editing. He made footbag look so badass. Like, BANG WHAT; MATRIX MOVE!!!11 WATCH OUT!!! This is definitely something you could show people who know nothing about footbag and they would dig it.

Chris man your shred is coming along dude. Please don't take offense to this but I'm thinking I bet you are going to drop crazy amounts of weight if you keep playing regularly

Who is this Jason guy? I don't think I've seen him post in the BSC blog. He looks good!

See you all in about a month :P :D :) :) :P

I'm glad everyone is liking the video. It is a great sport to shoot.

I decided to leave myself out of it since I am a beginner and nobody wants to see slow-mo shots of the bag hitting the ground.

Think I'll shoot some HiDef videos next year!

Sorry for the off-topic question:
Are you having a terrible winter now in Boston?
For what I've heard from my uncle who lived there is like winter is awful?

But anyway, this would never happen in Bulgaria: shredding in the corridors at school. How do teachers react and stuff?

Mitko, its there is a lot of snow on the grouind right now and there is a storm coming for today and its kinda cold... not terrible, we've had worst.

We are shredding in a college basement where there are only a couuple class rooms and people never hassle us. Security has stopped looked at what we r doing with intirest and when on his way.

Cool editing!

Pixie ducking clip by Chris was so unexpectable! Props.

How's your flip atw going along? You'd better drill it more and let it reach the level of your strongside.

Lol that wasn't pixie ducking clip... that was just ducking clip, I can pixie but only waist high. I do flip atw and I do legovers... but a lot of footage of strings were unusable do to lighting issues in other parts of the building. But yea I looked at the vid and it sort of looks like a pixie but it isn't.
That's man
