how does scoring work for circle? does the winner of the round receive 10 pts, then others scored relative to that?

intense circle; i sense a prague comeback @ worlds this year.

Yes exactly 10 pts for the winner and less in relative relation beetwen other performances.
Then sum of all the scores gives final sroce and rank of the competiotion.
