I noticed somewhere else in here (cant find it now) somebody mentioned like placing the footbag on your toe and stnading there moving it up and down slowly to improve balance and the like.
Was i dreaming or are there little excercises like this floating about for inside stall outside and toe stall.

Or, if you are trying to get a difficult motion down (such as the dex for a reverse swirl), you can just make circles in that direction over and over. That's what I did to get down reverse swirls, but I know people do similar things for DATWs-- just make little circles as fast as you can to increase your speed and accuracy.

I believe i was the one talking about it. I was making up many different drills for myself so i could learn and that was one of them. I was asking if that particular drill was worth doing because I don't really know what im doing yet.
