stitching a footbag

hey guys,
does anyone know the right stitchto use when making a footbag, i mean ive tried before but it never holds together nicely, so yeah, also some all around tips on making sacks would be nice

Matt cross has put up an excellent topic for beginner stitchers. Look bellow his main article, and some people have added on to it, including some videos you might want to watch.
