Shredding lately, ive noticed my inside kicks and stalls are, absomotherfuckinglutely, shit!
The bag always spins off the direction i dont want it to. Like if i hit it with my right inside then it flies left.
My ankle crank is pretty good, its just my hips, not enough flexibility there i think.
Got any tips fellas, Its getting on my nerves.

Push your knee to the outside more. When I "think" that it helps me out more with insides. Bring your foot up higher, try to crank your ankle a little bit.

Definatly. Putting your knees on the outside helps a lot.
