New Banners

I know this post doesn't get me anywhere, but I dislike almost every one of the new banners.

The nicest ones are the Erik Chan ones.

Also, Peng and I would really like the chat wars one taken down please.

And I think having the gonz things is kinda stupid because it's an inside joke that only a few people get and it just winds up excluding alot of people.

I realise that the logical response to this post is 'well, jerkass, make some nice ones you DO like.'... and my reply to that is that I am working on it.

I agree with tom. I don't quite understand the need for witty sayings or the big play on the url.

Haha sorry dude, I didn't think it would offend you, especially since you get to be Han Solo who's a total badass. Remember when he shot Guido? Seriously, it was just in good fun. I honestly thought you'd crack the hell up when you saw it. I'm actually responsible for like half of the lame crazy banners, but I'm hoping that when .ca comes back things will be back to normal.

Nate, the 'shut the fuck up' quote you have of me there is totally out of context. I was telling people not to go judging my girlfriend and telling them not to start a competition between her and another shredita because it's fucking lame.

I didn't like the chat wars one because when exactly have myself, peng or matt ever gotten in some big fight on modifed EVER? It just didn't make any sense.

I dislike alot of the banners because they are totally unreadable and stupid frankly. Like some of them have the dumbest choices of colours that make them impossible to make out. And others just have nothing to do with anything.

I like the pride of india one because it's funny, but as I said above the gonz one is unfair to alot of us.

bleh, I don't even care, opinions are for losers.

If you don't like it there are other forums out there.

The general population of Modified finds these banners quite comical and you aren't going to change anything by whining about how lame they are. Don't worry about how "unfair" the gonz one is, that's the kind of childish behaviour people with an inside joke want from people.

I guess I'm just saying.....chill out.

It wasn't really meant to mean you guys are super flamers on modified. It was more just taking a classic Star Wars pic and putting modified people in there. Like you guys are heros! I guess 'Wars' could imply flame war in a forum, but I definitely wasn't going for anything more than a cool, funny banner while we patiently wait on .CA to become available again.

Haha when you have to explain a joke that far it's just not funny anymore. I'm glad some people got a kick out of it. Dude, you haven't seen Star Wars have you.
