Thanks Joshua! Nice to meet you, it's always nice to get props. Hopefully I can make it up north to shred with you and your crew one day, eventually when I have $ I plan on going all over but for now I'm mostly stuck in California. Any chance you're going to try and make it out to SJFF?

It sound like a lot of people will be there.
Unfortunately, in the middle of the school year and living out on my own for the 3rd or 4th year, the time and money to make it out across the country is a little tough to come by.

However, I'm sure there WILL be an event somewhere between extreme East and West that we'll both make it out to. Besides that, I have to take all the time I can trying to catch up to your progress!

Session tonight with Chad and a new player to the area, Dan Fournier (no relation to Brian Fournier.) Dave didn't come to the session because it was going to run past his bedtime. Dan is just a circle kicker but has some impressive potential; he was hitting numerous insides consecutively and outsides, atw and clipper, and seems pretty motivated.

2 new moves tonight : Frontside ripwalk, and Symp atomic SS symp mirage.
other than that I didn't really hit any big moves or combos but I hit a lot of good (good for me, not good really  ) runs, 10-15 guiltless, some with mostly unique. p drifter>infinity>p drifter>10-12 guiltless.. a lot of the usual stuff, ducking & diving, weaving, symp pixies and mirages, dlos, whirls, drifters, ripwalks, blurs, blizzard etc. the only other unorthodox (for me,) things I did were pixie ducking clipper, flail, and came real close to zulu ps mirage. gonna shower and do some stitching now, i think i might try and sell a few bags in order to add to the SJFF fund, I'll need to save about $140 in order to make it out, and i've got about 2 months so i think i can swing that. :D

Erroneous. You NEVER go ass to mouth. I probably won't make it to SJFF since Lon's schedule doesn't work out and it's a shitload of $, i'll probably just save my $ for new years jam.

you too, thanks man. The footwork for atom bomb seems really weird but I'll probably try it sometime soon, I'll probably school my symp atomic dexes with something easier first.

No footbag today, went to jiu jitsu yesterday and my back is definitely not ready for that, but it is ready for footbag. my chiropractor wants me to take vitamin C to help my ligaments, so hopefully that will help me recover.

Finished bag # 14 for myself, Image

Half/Half, 55G, little bigger than a golf ball, low-medium gather. :D Playing tomorrow with chad and dave hopefully, back in santa cruz in less than a week!! Getting more and more excited to see my lady and shred it up with the crew. :D

Thanks Isaac, It's the first one I'm keeping for myself in a while so I'm happy about that. Had a good session tonight. :D :D :D

EDIT: 3 new 5's : frontside atomsmasher, blurry drifter, and zulu ps mirage.

also new: Frontside blur, flip frontside ripwalk

new combo : Legbeater>ducking butterfly>pdx whirl
a few 30 contact tiltless runs

symp mirage>symp pixie RPT>butterfly>diving clipper>ducking clipper>diving clipper

dlo>drifter RPT>run
fairy ducking clipper scraped my neck though
came kinda close to tapping dlo, alpine atomsmasher.

Also, a guiltless run with atomsmasher and ripwalk bsos and ripwalk repeated on one side.
Smudge, smear bsos.

Probably the last session I'll have before I go back to santa cruz, lots of stuff I need to take care of before I head back. Also, my neck kind of tweaked a little bit, but I think this happened before the session.. and I hyperextended my knee a little bit at jiu jitsu wednesday, it felt ok while i was shredding today so I think a little rest and it will be 100%. hopefully someday soon we'll have bionic limbs.

Bummer! haha, I figured that was a little easy.. still fun though, i'll try same leg and same symp mirage next sesh. Is frontside atomsmasher a 5 ?

Finished bag #15 earlier today, it's good, but one panel i stitched a bit deeper than the rest, and one or two panels are bigger than the others. and the stitching isn't 100% straight. My gathering is MOSTLY consistent, my hex-hex is consistent, my placement and size of stitches needs improvement.

Image

Oh, apparently it's the size of an asteroid (golf ball.) around 55 grams. I'd sell it if someone wanted it but I really don't feel confident enough in my stitching to start selling bags regularly yet.

I don't know what you're talking about, Funtcher Flek..that bag looks pretty dank.

Maybe if I could see it all in one screen then I'd see the imperfections you were talking about.

I haven't broken the bag you gave me in too much yet, but I've still had some good sessions with it when I deem to use it. It will probably be my next shred bag. I definitely dig your bags. If you make it to SJFF I may buy another, who knows.
