Double Reverse Whirl/Whip (Reverse Whirr)

Post by janis » 06 Feb 2007 23:16

Reverse Whirr
SET > OP OUT WHIRL [DEX] > OP OUT WHIRL [DEX]> OP CLIP [XBD][DEL]

Yeah, I've done lots of rev whirls, any tips for reverse whirr?
I'm thinking of trying to do a rev whirl set then relying on my downtime rev whirl which is quite strong, is this a good/bad idea?
thx in advance :D

With both dexes, emphasize on the downwards part of each dex.
Set low, slightly behind you, and not too close to your body.

The knee is the pivot point -- lift it highter than regular rev whirl and point it down. Keep the dexing leg relaxed throughout the trick.

Thanks for those tips :D
I gave rev whirr a couple of tries on sunday, cleared the dexes but I want to know a few more technique things before I try again.

should you raise up onto your toes with the supporting leg like with a "regular" whirr?

by this do you mean that you should try to actively pull the leg downwards as opposed to just letting it drop with gravity?
