The above would be our old bloggy mcbloggertons but the title wasn't as cool as I hoped ( I blame myself). But now welcome to the Stanford Shred Session Blogs!
From Left to Right
-Andrew (President of the Stanford Footbag Club), Alex, Peter, (Annoying Guy), Eric (me:), Joe, Abrams, Mike, Jeff
Not Pictured - Regulars at least
-Steve Goldberg (cause Abrams messed up the shot), Chase (where is he?), Ben (work at google I presume)
But we do miss Dat and Dustin

Here's the blurry one. I cleaned it up a little, but it's still washed out on the left side. I think Abram touched the lens and got gunk on the side of it so the lens flared out and stuff.
To be clear, since Eric's really bad with names, here are the members again. Note that Abram and I swapped places so where I'm listed above, swap out Abram for the earlier pic:
Left to right:
Andrew Bollman (club president), Alex Dworetzky, Peter Holoien, Max Mudd, Eric Chang, Joe Lech, Steve Goldberg, Mike Corsetto, Jeff Mudd.

A move named after Steve Goldberg, so long that there isn't a name for this move thus far!
We or rather Steve decided to call it the Goldberger since we were wondering would this move was called . See for yourself! Nothing big or special but something I find fun to do. I'll try to get a post of more tricks by the Stanford crew, and this time vertically!

Anyways today's session was rather interesting as in I really do not remember much I guess.
Well for starters Abrams brought a new footbagger named EB ( I really do not know his name besides it being EB ). Such as a lot of people calling me Chang . ANyways Steve had a blast playing own the new guy at two-square, and four-square. I even took a hand in playing of being wiped off the floor with Steve's skills for a bit.
As for strings I have nothing to brag about besides drilling basics again considering I've been lazy with the flipside clippers and such. So its drilling that and such until I want to try other things.
Well on another note I did my best to figure out torque, barrage, and whirls. As for stepping I have no idea how in hell I'll be able to ever hit that damn set. Just doesn't seem to click with me no matter how many times, variations, sets, whatevers I do. Thus I save them for last due to the building frustration!
Well now that I think about it Peter did hit Double Leg-over with shoes for the first time, and Barrage or what is Paradon first try with shoes. PROPS!
As for Abrams he's close to PS Whirl, and for some reason I'm stilling winning in the Eggbeater area.... and just the eggbeater area. I WIN! ( or not )
Enough for my ranting and such CARRY ON!

Club was relaxing, the whole day, or at least for me. Had a good number of attendee's: Steven, Emily, Fletcher, Mike, Mudd, Abram, Eebee, Max, Vasek, Vasek's friend from czech(whose name is slipping my mind), Ben, Dustin. Vasek still amazed me with an injured ankle. Afterwards, Emily, Fletcher, Mudd, Vasek and his friend headed back up to Steve's for pizza, which was scrumdidliumpcious.
Highlights from the past few shred sesh's for me:
-Reverse Swirl bs
-Revup (Reverse Swirling pick up) one side
-toe barrage one side, flip doesnt feel that hard, but we'll see...
-PS Whirl one side, feels guude. i dont know if it was luck or if i migt become consistent with it. it's embaressing though, because my flip whirl is so terrible I'm not a promoter of one-sidedness.
-Pdx. DLO bs
I'm still unhappy with my osii, flip whirl consistency, ducking/diving sloppyness, unconsistent DLO bs from toe and clipper, sloppy pixie and weak/no flip pixie, flip DATW both ways, spinning, flip double dexes in general.
