I maaay not be there the whole weekend...a few friends asked me to go rock climbing. Im crazy crazy short on cash as of recent because i had to put down a $500 security on a house im getting after this year and climbing wouldn't cost me more then $5. It was kind of unexpected. But ill see whats up.

I've started a new job today, and i think it's not a good idea to ask a day off on your first week. but i'll try my best to find a solution.

I've heard of many people negotiating the start date of a new job to enable them to go to tournies, but it's probably a bit late for that.

We'd love to have you come, especially to run and participate in circle.

And Josh, the room where we are having the tournament also has (what was once) the biggest indoor natural (non-adjustable) climbing wall. Maybe get your friends to come climb here? You can look it up on the internet, it's called the Lindseth Climbing Wall.

I will try my hardest to be there. It's not far but i have a lot going on this weekend and i will definatly have no money whatsoever. I'm tying to get a friend or two to go with me to help with gas. Hope to see everyone there.

I will post the address of the frat tonight, so people can mapquest it.

My phone number is six 0 seven-22nine-2 fo one 7.

Friday night we don't have any freestyle events scheduled, but it will be a friday night in a collegetown on the Halloween parties weekend. There are also videogames at the frat, and I think billiards too. More details posted tonight.

I'm working my ass off to come to this. Fingers crossed! 90% chance yes!

Are people staying at the frat house again this year? Is a sleeping bag all I'll need?

here is my adress,

100 Ridgewood Rd.
Ithaca, NY 14850

i guess some people had questions about when to show up, its fine for you to show up on friday, the event site, bartels gym will be open according to the following schedule, if you show up early you can call me
512-736-6120

Open Gym Times - Ramin Room, Bartels Hall
Friday (10/26) 7pm - midnight
Saturday (10/27) 9am - 5pm
Sunday (10/28) 9am - noon

be aware that this weekend is parents weekend at cornell so im not sure how this will affect traffic and parking situations

It is also parents weekend for my house, which means they will be holding a dinner saturday night which should last from around 7pm to 9 or 930pm, i figured this would'nt cause much conflict since most people would be able to either go to the

World Class Juggling Show - Call Auditorium, Kennedy Hall
Saturday (10/27) at 7:30pm
pete irish will be performing amongst many other jugglers

or be out getting dinner themselves, i know this maybe inconvient but it would help me stay on good terms with the people i live with since i am having so many people over, they asked if i could have people out of the house during this time,

just a reminder that i am providing crash space for many people so i will not have pillows, blankets, or sheets, type things, here for everyone
please bring whatever you need in order to be comfortable,
and as much as i would like to, i won't be able to feed everyone either,

so i look forward to seeing everyone,

my phone numbner is 512-736-6120,
let me know if you have any questions

So it looks like a small Ontario posse will be representing!

I've got a car and a tiny asian girl and a Jay Boychuck.

I will also be bringing some shirts and hoodies and stuff. :)

Looking forward to this!

That schedule says the gym is open until noon on sunday. Do we have another place to play on that day?

Status upgraded to maybe.

It's possible for me to get a ride, but I'm broke.

I need like, 50 extra bucks.

If I give someone just under 21 USD with PayPal, can you give me 20 USD cash at the site? :)

Anyone interested in the Double Feature videos on a CD? 5 USD -- half price!! 8)

Also, I'm going to be selling off my huge personal collection of shred VHS and DVDs. About 20 total. PM for titles/pics and/or to make an offer. I can bring these to Cornell with me.

I would die for a show ticket if I go. Please let me know if they're still available.

One quick note about selling things at CFJ2:

You are allowed to sell things at Luis' frat house, but not at the event site. We are sharing the event site with the juggling club, who has a table where they will sell equipment and food to help cover costs for the venue. We are NOT allowed to sell things at the site, but you can do so at the players party, at the house, and pretty much anywhere else.

I'm looking into show tickets, but there should still be some available.

Just as a heads up, we will probably do the same thing as last year, where we will charge everybody a $3 fee for the gym, which we will lower to $2 if you compete. This covers both days.

I really hope everybody who can make it comes. $2 for an event where you can win prizes, and have free housing is pretty much unheard of. The event site is phat. The competition level is world class. The party site is great. The wings are delicious. Come. You will have fun.
