do a clipper first, feel that you have caught and delayed the bag, then you
set it up straight. And then you spin (360 dude !) and add whatever component that comes to mind. Keep the set and the spin seperated -
paradoxly, doing the seperation thing makes the spin a "round and all in
one go" movement . If thats sounds completly fucked, its my bad and i
tell you again over the phone, but with a thick bavarian accent !

hey.

since i have this massive problems with my knees lately i made a decision today. i will bring my show thingy on 1st of december throu and then pause untill i feel completely healed up, making some wintertime pause or something. as hard as it will become, but i dont think i should play that carelessly with my knees/health as i did. well, not if i wanna play some more. and i want to.
tomorrow i have a date with my doc, i hope he can tell me a thing or two about my knees, i hope he will subscribe me some bandage thingies. i hope he deos not tell me i should stop footbag, like he did in april.

anyway, today i practised my routine again, i can do it now with 4 drops, but no pressure and crowd yet. i hope i will not fuck the whole thing up...

tonight is strange.

minutes ago i sat at my pool and cleaned the bottom of it with our super cool scuba-cleaning-shit-thingie and then i got pretty down. sitting in a dark empty big swimmhall can make you feel down, or happy, if you like swimming naked (we should have a footbag event in my workplace, and then swimm naked the whole night.... )

i thought about my life, my life without footbag and my gf... well she´s pretty pissed because we havent seen for 4 days now, i dont know why she cant stand when i need a break and time for me....

then i had a date with my doc, as i wrote earlier. well he is positive that my knee has nothing serious but i will have to go to make a magnetic resonance tomography of my knee, then see my doc again and then we decide what to do. i dont want to quit footbag... after chilling with my gf its literally the only thing i do... i hope i will be fine. oh and my doc said my knee cab is scratching on some bone.... thats not to good i guess... but he said thats the thing he concerns about least.

today i did something that realy scared me. i started flirting with other girls than mine. i havent done this for month now...13 to be exact. at least not that obvious, some people say i flirt all the time, but hey, do i look like someone who can do this? no, no girl likes to see me.... thats a bit scary, tho i know my gf says "as long as you dont sleep with them its ok, i know its your job do make those old ladies feel good", well, that "old ladie" today was like 25...and pretty, pretty pretty.... :D:D:D:D i hope i see my gf tomorrow to "get down" a bit... :D:D omg, i shouldnt write stuff like this here....

It sux to hear about your knee. Take a nice long break, most sports have off seasons. The year after year shredding without breaks can really put stress on joints and stuff.

nother depressing day without anything good passing. i drilled my routine for the show, its on saturday, 5 more days... last rehearsel on friday. i had to cut the routine to make it easy on my knee. that sucks now all my "blowing" tricks are not there, maybe i will do them anyway... it should be allright if i do them that day and then rest.

juggled alot the last few days, i just dont get 4 balls. i hate that, it should be obvious how to do it, but it isnt, well it is but i dont get it... i have this cool pattern for 4 balls anyway, i can do it bs but it gets kinda boring if i repeat it too often. also juggling and toe stalls is going good.
i beatbox more often, well i try to "practise" its hard, just like in footbag i only have video tuts to learn. thats fucked up.

i wanted to rent ea´s skate game today, but it was rent to somebody else allready, i hope i can have it tomorrow, that would be the coolest thing to get me trou these boring days. i allready stole my gf´s xbox 360, oh god how i hate this console, even more as i cant get it oonline to dl the skate demo. i just love my ps2...

wanna do more art, but i am to lazy, i just sit there and doodle around. sux
i hope my little show brings me some footbag buddys, that would be a cool thing. i hope the best.

no post for a rather long time....thats bad, so here´s change!

i havent played hack for 2 weeks now. well, at least i tried. i kicked and atwéd here and there. but no serious hack. except for last saturday. it was the day of my "show-thingie" and it was pretty cool. i fucked up 2 of 5 routines, wich is pretty ok i guess. i had one routine of 2 min with 4 drops, and one routine of 2 min with....20 drops or something..... it was quiet cool, cause in total around 1000 people saw the show, entering, having no clue about footbag, leaving beeing impressed some kids were stoked, they came and asked stuff, i gave away hacky´s (only 2) and played in the break times on the outside. that day i did barfly b2b, on request. also i hit blurriest bs and blurrier bs. nothing else.

i try do beat my time not shredding with ea´s "skate" wich is a pretty cool skatebording game, tho i hate the viewing angle from time to time!

to make this blog somewhat interessting i decided to show some of the doodles i draw at work, this step worked with assmousse´s blog, so why not here. i wont show pics of my flat tho. i´ll upload the pics and post em later.

knee still hurts when i get down and then back up. friday is the day of truth, then i will get my mrt, and then on monday its again day of truth, then i´ll see my doc... i hope i get to keep the 3d view stuff off the innerparts of my knee i´ll post them then! :D:D:D

allright, i played today and made a short vid. its basicly to gather feedback for the components hit in it. and to make it worthwile watching, i added a few "schmankerln" at the end.

please tell me what my ducks are doing wrong, if my spins got better, and if my atoms are more hippie now... just watch it and then tell me what you feel, and enjoy the last 3 tricks.

my knee hurts, it did the whole day, so i was thinking about playing or not, but i decided to do and spare me the fancy sets and tricks, and it was good. during shred i had no pain...so i guess i should play 24/7 to keep me from having pain....

today i recieved a package from mr dave "leaver" cleavens. in it, some amaretta and some tungsten, so i can now build my own cleavens bag. thanks dave!

i miss my gf.... and i´ll go sleep now.

that show thingie was at the school my gf goes to. she organized the show, wich goes as "modenschau" (catwalkthingie.... ) and is basicly a cool thing. they dress up and make fun off there teachers and some political stuff thats concerning them (as far as i know they first did it the year my gf got in command there... ) and this years theme was a "lookback-show" like the 80´s shows on television. just we have been in the year 2037 and looked back on 2007. and we decided that soccer has been vanished till then and footbag was germany´s new national sport... and we claimed footbag to be olympic....
so that was my part, do footbag, on a stage infront of people.

i hope there is a video, i heard some people say there moms filmed it, and i saw many cam´s, but its hard to get a hand at them i guess. but as soon as i have a video i will show you guys.

allright, back from the radiologic doc. they made me an mrt (magnetic resonance thomograph (or something like that)) of my knee. and it turns out that i havent pulled or ripped any joints. :D:D:D *glad*
BUT(t).. i have water in an adipose tissue (<-i have that off an translation website.... ) under my knee cab. i dont know exactly what that means, but i will see my real doc on monday and ask what i shall do.

ok, so its nothing realy horrible

other than that i still play "skate" all day and try to relax my knee.

update on my life:

footbag, still nothing, my knee needs to heal up, and for this to happen i need rest.
also i saw my doc, he said my knee´s are super healthy, apart from the inflamation (i dont feel comfy with those medical words, is this making sense? or not? )in my knee. so i got some cream and some pills to help my body getting poisend more and heal those knees. then i can get back to shred.
BUT i cant let it be, i did some drills, barefoot. datw>double switch>rpt stuff like that.
also i stiched me an amaretta bag filled with tungsten, with friendly help of david cleavens who provided me with the fabrics. nice bag, tho i feel it got a bit too mini, i will post pics later!

then, something superduper rad happend. i was standing at work, expecting nothing, and then, there she was... she´s like the most beautifull girl in town (i know you all know the kind i talk about, every town has girls like her) and she walks up to me (she never talked to me before) and said: "nice show, i realy enjoyed watching you. i would love to learn more about the stuff you do"... and i was like....wtf... she talked to me.... unreal. of course all the guys from her class were like super pissed, because she does not like one of them, and does not speak to them as i heard. and she spoke with me, and she liked what i do, and she seemed nice, and interessted...damn, i´ll invite her for a cup of tea next time... damn, my gf will hate me for that!

i ordered filler a few days ago, and i didnt even recieve an email if the order arrived or not, nor did i get a package...

i wanna stich me some juggling balls, but i dont know any good dimensions, also when i stich 4 panel balls they come out eggy, i can only stich 32 panel balls....

danke.... datw geht gut, ich kann nur nicht aufspringen, also so zeug wie paradon wo ich das knie vorm aufkommen eindrehen muss. das tut weh datw gar nicht, also kein bisschen. und spinning geht auch nicht, da hab ich auch das problem das ich das knie so komisch aufsetz, das schmerzt, am besten gar kein footbag mehr...
