Handstands are good to school against the wall, just stand there and try to gain balance, if you lose it put your legs against the wall.

You might want to try doing push ups in that position

great exercise.

damn, my right knee just itched the whole night... damn. i felt like scratching, but my gf forbid me. now its better. my mom said that could come from the stuff she gave me for my knee. she kinda is like a little herb witch.

she knows plants that help against any pain or itch...

todays my birthday, i hate it allready. last night i was sitting infront of my tv, drinking my traditional jÃ¤germeister cocktail and went to bed pretty drunk. oh i should mention there were people there.

but people i dont hate, cause they dont stare at theyre watches and start going crazy at 0:00! well, my mom and my granny went under the telefonterrorists, i had 10 unanswered calls on my cellphone, at 8 am!!! now it must be alot more.
i am turning 25, quarter century, what a stupid number. i dont like it, but everyone says i should celebrate it. i dont think so... i will hopefully have a little bday kick tonight. cant shred cause of my left knee (the right one started to itch last night, i couldnt sleep at all) so i just kick that bag around and try some low impact drills

dudes, life gets hard when youÂ´re old.

had a few fun days since my last post, i had a suprise party given for me, i had a few epic sessions, with maybe the longest runs ever, and even not just one, but even more.... 2 or 3 per session

. no realy, drilling simple tricks realy makes longer runs.

i filmed alot the last 3 sessions, i have over 2,5 hours of video i need to cut the shittiest stuff out, so i guess i will bring a new all fresh 1,5mins video somewhen next week!

stuff i hit thats not in the video: dlo bsos, flipside phasing osis, clean merlin, dyno b2b x5... probably other stuff

i made a bag out of amaretta, with my regular stiching style, its pretty shit. i think if i would completely switch to amaretta i would need to change it in some ways... anyway i am stiching a nice bag for erik chan right now, it is going to be awesome, also i have a plan for a trade bag in my head wich is going to be even awesomer....

i did a pretty long handstand today!

still no real beatbox shit going on... i found out a scratch-way called "whistle scratch". i think i may concentrate on this since it seems pretty easy... i even made a few real scratchy-ish sound, by accident.

life is fun... give more respekt to old people!!! we deserve it!

EDIT: remembered that i hit gyro dlo today!

whistle-scratch is definitely the easiest way of making scratchy sounds.
Not so hard to get decent at.

nha, beatbox in my video wont happen. 1st because i dont have the proper mic to record some and 2nd i suck! realy, i can make e few sounds but no real beats. its like, i love this quote from this one forum were one guy asked how and were he could learn to beatbox and some other guy answered:

"just make annyoing noises with your face/mouth - there you go, you beatbox!"

today i got a shippment of facile, some damn nice colors in there, now/new in stock: spanish gold, oliver (brownish), henna, cedar berry(brownish), zinnia(flashy red-ish color), garnet (brown with a redish touch, i guess)

i think iÂ´ll make a nice swatch list with all my colors and put it online! i think i can challenge waylon with my set of colors now.

no shred so far, but iÂ´m looking forward to have a session on friday, i have to ride to my moms place for a class reunion. and the day before i have a session, should be an awesome weekend!

had my class reunion last weekend, it was so epic, hilarious and interessting. i had the best class ever, we were 6 guys and 23 galls! and we loved each other so much, and i guess we still do, those who havent been there do not i guess, but the core, the elite was there and it was great. one of the girl went big, she is in german television now, not the good stations, but anyway. also she was in big brother and stuff, so we thought she wouldnt come, cause she went all snooty and out of space... but she came, and she still is as she was when i last saw her (in real life, not tv) and she told me so many nice and hilarious stories about tv and the things that go on backstage...

also we have no 18childs in class, thats wicked, allmost every girl has a child now. us guys dont, we not be stupid...

this was shocking, since a few turned lesbian during school, or after dating me and not beeing girl enough to try and keep me

:D:D:D:D jk! and once you leave school you pretty much loose contact, now with the email addresses of everyone it wont happen again, but there are so many i havent seen in years, not even accidantly, and now it turns out they are all gown up and mom and stuff.... crazy

i couldnt met up with chris to have a sesh, he got sick....

my latest 2 bags, the left is amaretta, this stuffe evens out so good after stiching, you can pretty much stich the whole bag crummy and wierd, it will come out perfect. the bag next to it is made from th esame templates, but facile. it will go out to erik chan. both unbroken in!
