It takes me 8-10 hours from Columbus so Chicago would probably be more to the tune of 12-13.

Chicago is about 600 miles from Rochester, should take you less than 10 hours unless you make lots of stops.

I can get from Raleigh to northern NY (750 miles) in 14 hours which includes a 2 hours nap in PA.

As of now I have no more crash space.

Currently the following people have space.
Jorden Moir
Zac Miley
Colin Kennedy
Ben Rea
Pat Thomsen
Dan Cyr

Just about a month away!!!

I heard that Jorden guy is a real party monster. Hopefully he doesn't keep everyone awake with his rampant partying.

Only a few hours away from where I am...would definitely like to check it out. How expensive are hotels in rochester?

I am going to need a place to sleep, so I guess any of the stragglers in the same position I am in will all get a room together? I think I read Zach needs a place?

Is there any crash space left??? Like everyone else I'm open to floors, and couches, but I bet I'm too late for anything that nice! Jay, Zach maybe we should book a room?

I guess I also need a place to sleep.

Heeellp!

I am on a tight budget so getting a room is less favourable for me.

I need a place to sleep too. If a ton of us get a room together, it will not cost very much at all. We all said that we're willing to sleep on the floor... I'd be in on that.

Good thinking Ben. That's the idea folks. Use the hotel, it's a good deal. Make a good impression, get a better deal next year.

Let's do it. I'm willing to chip in some money for the room.

Okie Dokey,

So,

Waylon,
Roscoe,
Mr. Tom Mosher
Johnny
Zach,
Jay

Sound like a room? $100 per night, split by 6 people is ~17 dollars a night.

I'm up for it, as long as someone doesn't mind forfitting a bed pillow the ground is fine for me too.

Does Zach stitch? If he did, we'd have a ROOM full of us :)

Could everyone please take a brief moment to check the first post and verify that your full name is included in the ATTENDEES list. If not, please PM me and I will add it to the list. This event is getting big and I would like to accurately reflect that in the first post. I am very excited to see so many people coming to this event. It is going to be great.

Thanks.
