I'm torn between rooming with Johnny or with Adrienne. It all really comes down to chillin' with Canadians or yankees.

Pete & Age, please don't kill me for calling you guys yankees or anything. I used the lower case "y" just to clear up the regional differences and whatever.

another room

Post by Sébastien » 02 Apr 2008 17:27

hi everybody,

I also booked a four place room for friday and saturday night and we still have some place left.
Who wants to join Mathieu, Ianek and me for some franco-fun?
We will accept up to three more people who have good hygiene.
FYI, James is not coming.

Bought my bus tickets. My arrival time to Rochester will be at 1:35AM of April 19th. :?

Can somebody pick me up and drive me to where the party is at (from the Greyhound bus station)?

If anything, I'll see if I can change my departure time to an earlier timestamp. The clerks at Port Authority were giving me a hard time.

Yeah, I noticed that a couple days ago as well. :P

I had my first GRASS dream last night! It was kind of a weird one, so I won't detail it here though.

Footbag Net

Post by mikeanello » 07 Apr 2008 10:38

NET?
Ted Fritsch will be manning this event. He will need to know how many people will commit to competing in footbag net before he reserves space at RIT. Send Ted a private message to confirm your interest in footbag net using the link below.

Hey Mike its not happening, we took too long too get it together. The place you sent me requires $1,000,000 liability insurance and 10 days advance notice that we have already bought insurance. Maybe next year we could split some of the costs with the jugglers.
see ya ted f

Ted,

I am sorry net did not turn out for GRASS 2008. You can disregard my latest email to you. I was not aware of any insurance requirement and I spoke to RIT personnel on the phone weeks ago when I inquired about renting space.

Well, you net guys are still welcome to come hang out, kick, and party at GRASS 2008.

Peace.

jack's got a wreck-proof quick setup net, and there's lots of flat grass at GRASS... I think the chances of some impromptu net happening (given good weather) are high.

there can absolutely be outdoor net. RIT is a HUGE campus with lots and lots of open outdoor space you can set a net or two up on.
